Andrea at Explore Africa arranged a FANTASTIC 9 day itinerary in Namibia for us. He tailored it to our preferences and everything with the car hire and campsite bookings went extremely smoothly. The car was in great condition and the roof tent and camping equipment were perfect. We would definitely use Explore Africa again and cannot wait to return for another holiday. Thank you!!

Sehr einfache Buchung, Hilfsbereiter Kundenservice. Sehr leichte Abholung und Abgabe. Wir hatten Super Cover und hatten keine eine Anzahlung, würde ich allen empfehlen.

Ich bin allein als Frau mit 2 kleinen Kindern durch Namibia gefahren. Explore Africa hat alles super organisiert, meine Fragen/Ängste (absolut unbegründet) beantwortet.... kurz und gut.. ich plane grad die nächste Reise 🥰🥰🥰

Explore Africa heeft ons ongelofelijk goed geholpen met het verwezenlijken van onze droomreis door Namibië met een 4x4 met daktent.
Dankzij de informatiedag met enthousiaste presentaties en prachtige beelden en vervolgens de persoonlijke hulp, adviezen en tips van Tamara, kwamen we tot de perfecte samenstelling van onze reis.
Met alle informatie in een overzichtelijke app en ook op papier gingen we in totale rust en met een veilig gevoel op reis. Een maand lang genoten van een bijzonder prachtig land, de mooiste campsites en vriendelijke mensen.
We zouden iedereen Explore Africa aanraden.

Duidelijke communicatie, komen afspraken na, wat gevraagd wordt word ook geleverd.

Great experience. Defenitly one of the best trips I´ve done

Alles perfekt organisiert. Tolles Team von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Rückgabe des Toyota Hilux 4x4.
Qualität zu einem Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Namibia ist ein unglaubliches Land und obwohl wir nur 10 Tage investiert haben, waren wir total beindruckt.
Vielen Dank nochmals an alle Mitarbeiter von Explore Namibia und der Top Autovermietung in Windhoek. Ohne Euch wäre die Reise nicht zu dem geworden, was sie war!

Fantastic trip! Two weeks of self- driving trip 6 people in 2 cars and 4 tents. The route was well laid out, paced and perfect mix of camping, glamping and lodges (approximately a 3rd of each). The 2 cars were excellent - reliable, well equipped and with all what was needed for the trip and camping. The camp sites were clean and we much appreciated the facilities of clean toilets and showers and especially when these were available for each camp site (except for one camp site Okaukuejo which was fine but less charming). Several favorites with the Waterberg Andersson the highlight. We were in particular excited about the glamping sites - the most beautiful the Mowani Campsite. The Dead Valley Lodge, Sossuflei Lodge, Mokuti and Okonjima Plains lodges were superb - beautiful accommodation and great food. The App was great, well laid out and a great help for planning incl recommendation for activities good as well (could provide more alternatives and required timings). Finally, the service and response on queries was exemplary. We very much hope to be back and have already passed on the recommendations.

Explore Namibia truly went above and beyond with organising our trip. Only one word can describe our trip and that's unforgettable! They created an amazing itinerary for our 4x4 self drive tour, everything was thought out well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely book with them again.

Prettig contact gehad met Tamara die alles voor ons heeft geregeld. De huurauto en de overnachtingen /locaties waren echt perfect. Gaan we ooit weer naar Namibia dan zeker weer via Explora Namibia

Wir sind seit 2018 mit Explore Namibia unterwegs (ohne 2020,2022). Unsere letzte Reise in Namibia-Süd Afrika-Botswana begann am 15.10.2025-21.12.2025. Total sind wir schon 34 Wochen mit ExploreAfricaTravel in all den Jahren unterwegs gewesen.

We hadden met z’n achten een geweldige rondreis georganiseerd door het Explore Namibia team, die een aantal van onze eigen specifieke wensen mooi wisten te vertalen in een geweldige roadtrip. Alles ging goed, we genieten enorm na. Toch fijn idee dat ze voor je klaar staan mocht er iets zijn. Hoogtepunten waren de Namib woestijn, het wandelen én slapen in de open lucht en al het wild in het noorden. Wat een bijzondere mensen en bijzonder land 🙏💛

Over a period of three years, I rented my 4x4 from Explore Namibia twice. Communication was always exemplary—prompt and very friendly. The offers were even more attractive than renting directly from the car hire company. Highly recommended!

November low season and Explore Africa Travel was there to help us plan a lastminute 9 day safari trip to Namibie.
An absoluut adventure camping and driving 4x4. The agents were supportive, flexible and made our trip an unforgetable one.

Explore Africa helped plan our 3 week self guided trip in Namibia and Botswana. The planning phase of the trip was done in a very detailed way. There were no surprises when it came to information around camps and accommodation and our trip went flawless. Having the App. complete with our itinerary and the additional information around each location made the trip very enjoyable, hassle free. Highly recommend to anyone looking at doing a self guided trip in Africa.
