I selected Express Conveyancing because of the great reviews. Fast, clear, on-line, fixed fee. Anything but! They out-sourced me to a solicitor 2 hours away from my home. She was facetious and very unhelpful. Express Conveyancing promised much and delivered nothing. Condescending and useless. They advertise an on-line platform and supposedly coordinate your conveyancing, but when the out-sourced solicitor doesn’t engage, it’s impossible to see the benefit of using Express Conveyancing. Avoid.

Best conveyancing Team I have used to date, process was very simple and communication was punctual and clear. I will be using them again.

I live in Spain and needed a conveyancer to work with me in the purchase of my Mum's house in the UK. Express Conveyancing referred me to XYZ Law who were in touch immediately to assist. Zubair from XYZ Law was proactive and responsive to any and all issues and the sale went through extremely smoothly.
I found Express Conveyancing's online interface and portal very user friendly and the whole process from start to finish was impeccable.

We worked with express conveyancing who referred us to AWH legal buying our first house. Everything went very smooth during our purchase. When we spoke to Ruqia our solicitor she was extremely helpful and explained everything very well and was patient with us when we were panicking and asking questions. For the price we paid we are both very happy with the experience

Having presented our situation to them, they issued a quote without hidden fees and matched me with a reliable conveyancing company with two dedicated solicitors which worked on our file straight away. Express conveyancing checked in with us throughout the whole process in the meanwhile. I will definitely recommend them

I found Express Conveyancing online. They were the only conveyancer willing to take-on my auction purchase at short notice and with 10 business days between sale and completion. They were super, introducing me to their partner firm, Law Lane, who were just brilliant. Highly recommended.

The solicitor they recommended is moving slowly, but they helped me to urge the solicitor to move faster.

Update:
The solicitor they recommended turns out to be absolute bogus and pulled out of the transaction after spending 8 months doing nothing. Express did help on urging but with little results. I end up losing some money on the out of pocket charges by the solicitor.

We used Express Conveyancing service to look for a reliable solicitor to purchase our flat in London. Rebecca was great in finding the right solicitor for us offering more than one option and the platform was very useful to follow the progress of the process step by step. We were very satisfied with Law Lane Solicitor service offered by Express Conveyancing. Our solicitor, Sarah, has been amazing, gave us the right suggestions, was always responsive and managed to complete the process by our preferred completion date avoiding stamp duty. From the quote stage all the way through to completion, this was a very straight forward and open process. Express Conveyancing provided a very quick and detailed quote, which was competitive and their partner PCS delivered the service you’d like to expect from a conveyancing firm. I was quite anxious when I realised that Express Conveyancing passed you on the another company. In our case we were assigned to PCS Legal. We had a great solicitor with PCS Legal. Our chain was a nightmare and there were problems that perhaps all of the solicitors in the chain should have realised long before they did, but overall our solicitor, Jane, and her two assistants, both named Karen, were always reachable, always had the relevant information I was asking for and if I requested anything specific they were on top of it straight away. Totally different to previous experiences in which we seemed to be assigned a different solicitor every time we rang up and nothing got done unless I did it myself. We were very impressed with PCS. With regards to Express Conveyancing, if I’m honest, apart from a ‘portal’ you could log into that didn’t tell you anything you didn’t already know, I’m not really sure what they did. When our chain was near falling apart and I had had no contact from them pretty much the entire time, I had to get hold of them and was given an odd reply about how involved they were, but we still don’t know what the purpose of them was. We don’t plan to move again, but if I did I would use Jane at PCS Legal again and skip the Express Conveyancing. I have already recommended Jane to a friend who is currently using her. If I was just rating PCS I would give five stars, but I have been asked to rate both companies so have given three.

I was recommended Express Conveyancing via a scheme at work in Sept 2020. After reading their reviews we decided to use them.
On our part (because we didn’t fully research what Express Conveyancing did, so our fault) we did not know they offered their work out to solicitors/ conveyances.
We were appointed PCS legal. Sadly, I’m unable to comment on PCS Legal due to their T&C’s and a clause they have about rating them, until they have received a formal complaint. This is currently in hand.
However, Rebecca from Expresses was on hand when things were difficult - so cannot fault Rebecca and her role.
All I would say, if you decide to use Express Conveyancing and they allocate PCS Legal to assist with your buying/selling, I would ask for an alternative Conveyancing company

I always received update on time, they are very good at calling back. I completed my purchase just under 10 weeks. I am very pleases with service and fee. I definitely recommend the Express Conveyancing to my friends.

I was directed to WYM Legal and Senthuran and Georgette dealt with my property sale. From beginning to end their service was flawless. I had a failed sale previously with a different solicitor, and they were literally a breath of fresh air.
When my property sold literally 1.5months from first viewing, I could not believe it. And it was totally on the prompt and timely response by Senthuran at WYM Legal and Express Conveyancing.
