I read the great reviews so got in touch. I couldn't ask a single question without being rudely interrupted. As for Express? It took 6 hours to get back to me.

I recently used Express Conveyancing for the legal side in respect of the sale of my old house and the purchase
of a new property.
Rebecca their Manchester office was very helpful and dealt with any queries I had immediately.
This was a particularly difficult time because of the lockdown, which caused delays with the completion of my new property. However, Express Conveyancing and their Solicitors, Law Lane of London were nothing short of brilliant during these difficult times.
I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Express Conveyancing.

I decided to appoint Express Conveyancing as the reviews were good and the prices were very reasonable. Rebecca Purssord was attentive and professional throughout. Despite the effects of Covid-19, Rebecca remained available and was very helpful at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Express referred me to a conveyancing firm called WYM Legal.

I was initially positive about WYM but 8 weeks after completion I was hit with a service charge bill for my flat for the current year that was 25% higher than my conveyancing report told me it would be (and that report was producing during the year in question). While it does seem like the managing agent of the leasehold property has been late this year to finalize charges on a block that was only completed in 2019, it appears that WYM failed to follow best practice in the way that they requested service charge data. An LPE1 form was not obtained from the managing agent, which would have provided me with some recourse against misrepresentations of the service charge figures. As a result the whole transaction was priced off the wrong input assumptions around costs and I have probably overpaid for the property while the seller has got away with this.

WYM have not acknowledged any fault in their process and refused to compensate me after a formal complaint was raised.

Was looking for a modern solicitor with an online website status page so you can live track your progress. The service was fast and they assigned us with a solicitor firm, which was very fast, efficient and pleasant to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Fantastic. When I was searching for a quicker conveyancing service, I presumed it would cost much more than the average service but it didn't! Very impressed with price and standard of Service. Rebecca was our project manager and she explained that the case would be outsourced to a third party conveyancer, and that we would be assigned a solicitor and paralegal for constant contact. We were and they were both great, very speedy, responsive and helpful. They managed to get us to completion in 7 weeks which we were happy with. Furthermore, Express offer an online tool which helps you track your case progress without having to constantly call up. Very handy. Lastly, I thought that because of all of the above, there would be inevitable hidden charges, but Rebecca explained clearly that there were none - even better!

I had a pleasure to work with Milena Matthew for last few years and I need to admit she is definitely the best conveyance I ever met. She completed my three remortgages within 5 working days. All other purchases went super quick too (once even withing 3.5 weeks!). I can also call Milena professional conveyancer as she always finds solution, whenever it comes to strange restriction or more complicated case. On the top of it Milena is bilingual what helps often when some of my clients cant speak that good English. Overall, if you looking for a quick transaction with full explanation what is happening with your property look no further as Milena is definitely your person.
