My experience with Express and their panel team was a positive one. I was updated whenever possible and had things explained when I was unsure. Hoowla is brilliant and meant I got regular updates on my case. Thank you for all your hard work. They knew exactly what to do when the builder’s Help to Buy funding was stopped which nearly jeopardised our transaction. Will definitely recommend.

Express Conveyancing certainly live up to their name! I had a really good experience with great visibility of the complete process. Milena is fantastic to work with and ensures that you have a full understanding of things every step of the way. She's a very professional and effective member of staff. All in all, I have been extremely pleased with the service!

We received a quote from Express Conveying, which was very competitive and easy to get all our requirements included. Once we accepted the quote we were then passed to KhanMather as our solicitors and really could not recommend them enough. Noordin and Milena acted on our behalf; being first time buyers it can be quite a stressful process howevet it was anything but. Both were so knowledgeable and always happy to help and we cannot believe how fast and easy the whole process was. So thankful we choose to go with them. Excellent! Very responsive, and really helped to push the purchase. There were unexpected delays during the process, but Anthony really helped to reassure me that he was doing everything he could to progress the sale. Anthony, Milena and Noordin were absolutely fantastic. I was on a tight deadline for the purchase of my London Flat. The team were brilliant and pushed the sale forward without any delays.

I have worked with a number of conveyancing and solicitor firms before and communication has always been difficult. This was not the case with ExpressConveyancing and KhanMathers as they replied to my emails within hours and were always easy to reach via telephone.

We used Express Conveyancing for a leasehold purchase in March 2018. They promised a 4-6 week timescale from instruction to completion. They appointed Khan Mather Solicitors and our case handler was Milena. There was a lot of pressure from people higher up in the chain to complete within 4 weeks because we were last in the chain. Milena did a great job and got everything complete in 4 weeks and clearly worked hard to do this. Although this was our first experience with a property purchase we were very happy and would definitely use again.
