We identified express casket by seeing an online advertisement. My Dad had passed away, and we were scrambling to put together a nice service for him on a small budget!

Express casket had a very nice casket option for a very reasonable price. Similarly priced to lower end Amazon options! And quick delivery options were offered within California.

Scott was my contact at express casket and Tom was my delivery driver. Scott was diligent about contacting me about the casket that was available, gave me an accurate quote ( free delivery was not available to our location, but the rate quoted was very reasonable) there were no hiccups, and no hidden fees.

Tom called me to let me know of his delivery schedule, and his expected arrival time. I had to coordinate the delivery from out of state, but he was diligent to text about his progress through the day. He coordinated with our contact person at the funeral home, they inspected the casket together on delivery, and he sent photos and called.

Both men were very professional and compassionate. I 100 percent recommend express casket!! They are an excellent company to work with during a difficult process. I sincerely hope they have survived the terrible fires!

Wow! We made Mom’s funeral arrangements on Wednesday afternoon and told the funeral home that we would order a casket ourselves. We ordered a beautiful, solid wood casket from Express Caskets that evening and it was delivered to the funeral home before noon the next day! It saved us a lot of $ and was very nice.

Scott has been very patient with the arrangements, through purchasing and setting up the casket delivery to Hawaii. I'm so thankful for his hospitality and moreover the overall experience. We haven't received the casket yet, due to the service being in December, but I highly recommend this company.
