It was quick and reliable.

I had a nail in my tire and brought my vehicle in to see if it was repairable. My husband and I were greeted as soon we stepped out of the car by Payton. We left the vehicle there and soon after the repair was complete. When we picked up the vehicle we were greeted again by Payton. This location in Riverview is new and we thought we would give them a try and were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely go back in the future. I would recommend taking your vehicle there.

I always use these folks for all my vehicles! Ever since I first met John, the site manager, I was impressed with his demeanor, and straight talk in regards to the care of my vehicles. They are sincere and really great with how they treat their customers. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Bubba during an oil change for my wife's vehicle. True to form as with all their employees, he was courteous and kept me informed about everything he was doing. He also provided me with recommendations for things the vehicle needed or should be looked at. This location has the oil service drive thru and a repair shop as well, so based on Bubba's recommendations, I'm going to need another visit in the near future! Thank you Bubba and all the great folks at Express Tire & Oil Engineers!

Saved the day! Stephen jumped right in with no hesitation at the very end of the day…almost closing time. Went above and beyond all the staff was helpful and understanding. Put us first when they could have just closed up for the day and went on home. I highly recommend them. His entire team is knowledgeable and genuinely care about your situation. Most places out here just wanna make a buck off ya or treat you like a number. So again thank you guys! Trust the pros!

Toby was phenominal! We were on our way to Florida for spring break when our tire started rapidly losing pressure. We pulled off the highway and into his shop. He quickly surveyed the situation, identified the leak, and successfully patched it. We were back on the highway in under an hour. He was knowledgable, kind, and considerate of our situation and young children. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

Don't go here! They claim to have Master Tech's that supposedly diagnose your vehicle's issue and they guess at what you're problem is then they fix something that isn't wrong with your car to begin with and the problem still isn't fixed. Then they expect you to bring your car back so you can spend even more money with them guessing what the issue is on your vehicle! Very disappointed!!!!! They've lost our business!

I drove up to the location and was not sure where to go. I received a friendly greeting from Tyrese. I showed genuine concern when I told him that I keep a low brake fluid message but was told by another location that my car did not have brake fluid. He look at my brakes and immediately called the brake technician over. My brakes were metal to metal. The technician thoroughly explain the braking process for my car. Although it was close to closing, the decision was made to get me in because it was not safe to continue driving. I observed all the staff render awesome customer service during my short wait. I am so pleased with the overall service, this location has gained a new customer. Thank you to Tyrese and the crew.

This was my first visit. Even waiting on a few cars in line ahead of me I was out of there in a very reasonable time. ‘Demont’ serviced my car. I could observe from inside the car and could watch everything being done and kept informed every step of the way. The entire staff was great. I’ll be back.

Long story! In the past year and a half I have bought 2 sets of tires. 8 tires, and was told that rotating was free. Went 4 times to get the tires rotated with express and every time was told they couldn’t get to it. So needless to say I never got my tires rotated with express . So today I go to get rotations done on a different car. He told me it would be about 34 dollars. I thought was kind of high. So he puts my car on the rack. Comes back to tell me I need new tires. Has a sheet of tire prices. I told him I would never buy another set of tires from express and. So I got to keep my 34 dollars. But along with that I never got tires rotated. I’m so frustrated with this company. Please stop free rotations with a set of tires if you can’t fulfill the promise 🤬

I went in to get my oil changed this morning & Bubba was professional, efficient and friendly. He was training a guy and showing him the way . The service was quick and I highly recommend.

Express oil change in Crestview Florida is amazing and I commend their customer service and trust them with all of my vehicles. Dani has worked on all three of our vehicles and she has always been kind and insightful and we value her knowledge every time she has any feedback on any issue that could be occurring with any of our vehicles. The entire team at the Crestview store has always been welcoming and kind to us including the manager who is very supportive of his team! We could not have asked for better and quicker service and are always confident they will take care of any of our vehicles when they are in their care. Thank you to their entire staff and a special shout out to Dani!!!
