J’ai commandé une paire de boucles d’oreilles et j’en ai reçu une autre qui n’avait rien à voir avec la paire que j’avais commandé .
C’est pas comme si j’avais commandé 50 articles . Nan j’en ai commandé deux et j’en ai reçu aucune!
Comment vous pouvez faire ce genre d’erreur alors qu’il n’y avait qu’un seul article dans ma commande?
Si vous voulez être déçu , commandez chez eux! Sinon gardez votre argent .
Des mois que j’attendais de pouvoir commander chez eux pour quel résultat : une paire de boucles d’oreilles rien à voir avec ce que j’avais commandé .

prima volta che acquistavo e di conseguenza ero un po scettico e titubante sull'effettivo arrivo della merce.
invece mi sono ricreduto dopo due giorni che mi è arrivato il pacco.
ho consigliato subito ad un'amico che si è subito trovato bene, anche lui ha acquistato lo stesso prodotto ricevuto sempre in due giorni

I made the mistake to make a big order…
I made the mistake to make a big order (more than 200€) cause this site seemed legit and I loved the aesthetic. As soon as I received the jewelry, two of them started falling apart a spiral necklace (the spiral fell off the necklace)and a couple of earrings with crosses, a cross fell apart right as I tried it on. I'm afraid to wear all of them,in order to keep them for a special look,to wear them at least once before they break. Money worth spending? Absolutely not. It's like an AliExpress shop, but with European prices.

I just checked the spiral necklace and you mean the Henry necklace? That piece is composed of clasps so you can open them and make the necklace how you want ; pls let me know if I can help or send some pictures to our customer service so we can check also with the manufacturer what is your issue

Cheap Quality
For the price i definitely excpected higher quality. I bought 2 necklaces which are both made out of the cheapest material.
Shipping was fast but i wouldn't buy from them again.
