Very knowledgeable engineer, knew exactly what he was doing and completed the installation very quickly. He then fully briefed me on the changes.

Absolutely spot on service, all work carried out in a very proffesional manner whilst being very friendly, they had a problem with my installation, but it was sorted immediately and evrything was left working as it should. I would recomend eyesec to anybody wishing to have cctv or alsrms installed, First class.

Martin is a great fitter and engineer he left everything neat and tidy, we would recommend him to anybody.

The engineer was very polite and friendly. Explained what he was doing. Connected to my tv iPhone and iPad. Left instructions for my son to connect his phone. Explained how to use it while I wrote it down. No mess put things back as they were. Very happy

Thanks for the upgraded camera installation,3 years after initial installation.Chris arrived when you said,went about his business as i expected,explained the changes,gave us both a tutorial on our phones pointing out new upgraded changes etc to the app so our thanks once again.Makes a change,a firm doing what they said they would without any drama.

The guy who came to install the cctv was called Martin.
He explained everything that he was going to do and where he was going to put the cameras.
A good explanation was given once he’d finished about how it all worked & explained about how the phone & tv work

We have just had an upgrade to our security system done by Chris. He was so efficient explaining everything and making sure we understood the system. He cleared up after himself leaving everything clean and tidy. A lovely man.

The system was installed by Chris, he arrived on time, explained how he would install the system. He left the job neat and tidy. He was brilliant showing us how to use the system.

Geoff was our first contact with Eyesec. He explained the system to us in a very straightforward way without any heavy selling. It was because of him that we went ahead with the installation of a 2 camera system. The survey and installation were carried out very professionally and we are pleased with the system. On holiday last week we were alerted to and able to see any body who came on to our property.

Chris (the installation guy) was very professional and was very friendly, arrived on time, took great care to inform us of everything he was doing and went to great lengths to make sure we understood everything. We are both in our eighties so very appreciative of this, he was also very tidy he also moved our coax cable for the TV to make a lot neater. A gentleman.

The fitters took there time to explain the fitting, the camera positioning and explain how to set this up on our devices,and work them. So far we are happy. Also now we can see what are visiting the garden at night.
