They are both easily available and provide valuable information throughout the certification process. I would highly recommend them to any company looking to get certified. I started down this 8a process with another company 16 months ago and the company failed me. I was blessed to find EZ8a to continue and complete this long journey. My Program Analyst was Sarah Beck and she was extremely professional, helpful and quick to respond to the SBA questions. I definitely recommend EZ8A as your go to company for government program certifications

I have been working with EZ8a for four years and have always appreciated their expertise and guidance. I worked with Kathy to get my 8(a) certification and was impressed with the knowledge and strategies to get me approved with my complicated application. Lindsay did my business plan for me which was professional and approved right away by the SBA. Anna has done two of my annual reviews and Nicole one. I have always found them to be great to work with and good response as needed, meeting the deadlines as well.

My experience is much like some of the others on here. You pay your money upfront, they provide templates that you fill out and then submit your application for you. In our situation, our representative Sarah Beck told us that there is a 180 day Procurement Acquisition Lead Time for the schedule we were submitting. We waited this amount of time without hearing anything back from the company and then called to obtain a status. It was only then that she checked on our application and found out she never received a confirmation for the package as one of the files she submitted was corrupt. After waiting all of this time, she informed we had no other choice but to resubmit the package and wait the 180 days all over again. I spoke with her supervisor, Nicole Hatchell, who was apologetic but did not offer any solution, including a refund of our money due to their company's poor service and gross oversight. As of this date, 11/19/2018, it has been two years and we still have not had a review from the Contracting Officer. Every couple of months a one-line email is sent to him to request a status, but this company does not do anything more to get your application reviewed or pushed through. I have read some of the reviews on here and the buyer should be aware that this company will not refund your money even with such a large mistake as they made on our application. I have called several times for Nicole Hatchell and have not received a return phone call. However, I see that she responds to the written complaints on here with after-the-fact excuses, which I am sure she will do with this review also. Additionally, I see that a group of their employees have reviewed their own company on their Facebook page. This is also rather unethical and shows a certain degree of desperation. BEWARE!

Although Nicole Hatchel's response states that her employees did not review their own company on Facebook, I urge you to go to their list of reviews and see the 5 star review from our representative, Sarah Beck, for yourselves. I have a screen shot of it if anyone would like it before it is deleted. As for her comment that I am speaking about 'other clients" in my review? I have no idea what she is speaking about? It was ez8a that submitted my application incorrectly and then did not follow up on it. And I have proof of this as well if required. As mentioned....let the buyer beware!

Extremely professional, amazingly prompt and an unmatched level of expertise in acquiring any and all certifications, GWACs and business strategy in general. Not to mention - pricing is very competitive and overly fair for the value you are being provided. Ask for Mark, Nicole and Sarah! If your business meets all of the prerequisites which they walk you through - they will deliver. They delivered for us 6 out of 6 times within one year without a single hiccup. 100% is not a bad track record!! We will continue to use ez8a for the foreseeable future for all of their additional services. Great companies still do exist.

Ez8a is a great company to work with!
I went to them to get multiple certifications. I will agree that it was a bit costly and they did have alot of templates you had to complete but it was all needed and worth it. I received my MBE/CBE(dc), WOSB and 8(a) all within 7 months. The only thing that held up my 8(a) was the backup at SBA. Nicole was great to work with. She was very responsive to all of the questions I had and any questions the representatives from the different agencies asked for. I am continuing to work with them to assist with my 8a business plan and 8a reports. They have not failed me yet! I would definitely highly recommend!

This company is truly exceptional! Their staff is competent, compassionate and truly remarkable. Any small business applying for 8(A) certification or looking to market their 8(A) company should not hesitate to utilize their expertise. It's well worth it!
