Great staff - great service. Contracted with them to get us on the GSA - we were and are super impressed with their very detailed hands on service in getting this accomplished. After we were accepted on the GSA - when we had any questions - we got immediate feedback/answers - just terrific service.

I was referred to EZ8A by a business acquaintance who highly recommended the company. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful,truly genuine, and pleasant. They knew exactly what I had to do to be awarded my certification, and how to do it. Mark, Nicole, and Lindsey were wonderful to work with. Thanks for everything, I never could have gotten this done without you!

What happened to Stan Jones is EXACTLY what has happened to me. lgarrett18--Stan, if you want to talk this email is at outlook dot com. On 24, July 2015, I paid $5000 to EZ 8a who said that they would help me get my 8a certification. All they did was send me Excel spreadsheets and collected all of my PII (and my money, of course). They have done nothing else for me and when I complained they gave me a new representative to work with who did the same thing. They told me I needed to have clients before I could get my 8a and then left me hanging. It has been close to 2 years, I still don't have my 8a and they still have my $5000. They expect me to keep waiting until the end of the year and I still don't believe that they would be capable of performing, even if I gave them everything they need. I have lost trust and confidence in this company completely. I can't get my money back because it has been over 90 days. I told them I didn't have clients at the time I paid them, and they said it wouldn't matter because that criteria could be waived. The said that they would extend my services to the end of 2017, but the only thing they have given me is time and Excel spreadsheets. The new company I am working with sent me links to the 8a website that is used by the government to enter the information and upload the necessary forms that are needed by the government representative for my company. The people who work for EZ 8a work from home, they don't sound professional at all, in fact the first representative they gave me had barking dogs and crying babies in the background--that's when I first knew I was in trouble, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. If you hire this company, then your expectations should start at the lowest point, and you should expect that you will receive nothing for the money you spend. I am a competent business owner who believed that this company would help me. I wasted close to two years depending upon them to deliver a much needed certification to grow my business. I have switched to Jonathan Clate at Paxton Hydra Inc. who has completed the initial process for me to be submitted to the WOSB program, and has done for me in two days (at less than half the price) of what EZ 8a took from me). In fact they could not do for me in nearly two years what the new company has done for me!!! Stay away from EZ8a!!!!

I hired them to process my 8a application about 1 year ago and paid them over $2000. They were supposed to handle most of the paperwork but once I paid all they would do is send me templates where I had to fill out all the paperwork. Each time I needed something else they informed me it would be an additional fee. Finally after months of back and forth my application was submitted and denied by the SBA. I hired a new company for about 1/2 the cost and within 3 months my application was submitted and accepted by the SBA. If you want to waste time and money hire EZ8a otherwise find someone else.
