I am leaving a very unhappy customer!

Instead of sending an email to notify of their changes, they implemented a pop up. When you went to the website to log it, the new contract was apparently approved by logging in. Unbeknownst to me, this now meant my credits would expire. After being a long time(10 years) happy customer with them I am now very unsatisfied. I had 8 credits expire. A loss of around $400. The only thing they could do was give me an $80 credit. They could not reinstate my credits or give me a gift card. I just placed my final order with them to use this credit. I am leaving a very unhappy customer.

The "VIP credit" program is a scam!!

I have been a member of this clothing site for five years! Today, I finally had enough and cancelled my account.

I really used to love this site. The designs are cute, and the clothes are Walmart quality. They used to let the $ you pay monthly as a VIP member accumulate in your account. You could spend it however you wanted. And the more $ you spent, the bigger your discount. It used to be great.

Now, you pay $50/month for a "VIP credit" that you can apply towards items that they're charging less than $50 for? It makes no sense! "2 pairs of shoes for $30 or 1 VIP credit." So, your VIP program is that I pay MORE for your clothes than non-members? It's all to scam you into paying the $30 for the shoes you wanted out of pocket and using your "VIP credit" for a different deal.

Also, those VIP credits expire after 3 months. After 3 months, your $50 just vanishes. And it actually expires the day before the expiration date they give you. And once it expires, calling customer service won't get it back.

I have paid this company so much money for nothing now, it's ridiculous! I finally cancelled my account. There charging too much for clothes now anyway! Save your money and get the same quality stuff at Walmart or Old Navy!

Would NOT recommend. Expensive and overrated with poor quality

I've been a VIP member with FabKids.com since 2021, faithfully paying the $49.95 monthly fee for VIP credits. Over time, I noticed the selection has become extremely limited, and the quality of the items—especially the shoes—has been disappointing. They often develop a foul odor after just a few wears or fall apart altogether.

Due to the lack of options and declining quality, I paused my subscription for a while, hoping things would improve. I had saved up a number of credits, only to find out later—without any clear prior disclosure—that they expire. This completely contradicts what I was originally told: that credits never expire as long as you remain a VIP member.

When I contacted customer service to address the expired credits, I was told they couldn’t be reinstated or refunded. After four years of loyalty and paying hundreds in membership fees, this was the final straw. I’ve since canceled my membership and will never return.

Disappointing experience. Misleading policies. Poor product quality. I cannot recommend FabKids to anyone.

Hard to cancel

Hard to cancel, takes over an hour! My daughter has outgrown these styles and if I don't remember to skip, you lose money. Styles are just not my daughter style, nothing worked out. Shoes came apart fast and clothes barely held up.

It's one start for now

It's one start for now. I placed my order July 2 and still yet to receive any shipping information. No tracking number no nothing. This is very disappointing. I ordered 3 weeks before my child's first day of school, this is enough time. I think it's wild to not received tracking Info over a week of placing your order. So if I order again I now now it takes at least 2weeks for this company to ship..this is very disappointing.

Scam company.

Scam company.
I bought some shoes once, and they signed me up to a subscription that they hid in the beginning from me. I was charged 49.95 for months, before noticing. I called to cancel this subscription, that I was unaware of, they said they canceled, and then again I received a charge the next month.
I will never buy anything from fabkids, they make it seem your buying for a good deal, but hide that they sign you up to some subscription, that they will charge every month.

This company is FRAUD 101 for-sure. They charge you twice a month. First charge is for $49.95 says it is for Fabkids. #1 I kept refusing the membership and was only purchasing items one time. Then A few days later I get a charge for Personalret for $49.95. I did not think anything about it. I just paid the bill. Well, now I’m seeing they did it to me in April and May and June but I’m fixing to stop the June one. Also, I have an email from them stating they would not charge me anymore and they’re already doing it again. When I did chat with them to cancel this membership that I know for a fact, I didn’t sign up for because I kept pushing NO Over And Over. The chat person told me to call there # to cancel. Now I know why. You will NEVER EVER get through. I was on the phone for 48 minutes and it kept coming in saying that I was still number 27 really? Such fraud. Well I promise you they are going to regret jacking with me and my money. If you have problems canceling with this FRAUDING COMPANY then I can tell you how I did it. I I went on there FB page and a nice guy IKE helped me. At least he was honest and did exactly what he said. Even sent me the cancellation email. Good Luck to anyone else who has FRAUD 101 with this company. I surly hope you get IKE also.

I think it is dumb that we are paying over 40 dollars for this credit and still have to pay to get it shipped regardless if it's shipping chost or taxes. The cloths are way to expensive.

Need more athletic clothes for boys!

Selection for boys clothes is minimal. I've tried to leave feedback numerous times to have more athletic clothes or swim options for summer. The fleece shorts are too hot. Many things sold out. Great options on Fabletics but not able to transfer credits. Stuck with nothing to buy. Not able to skip month if past time zone. Still 6/5 in my time zone.

I really want to rate this company a zero. I placed an order for my grandkids and didn’t realize I was signing up for a membership plan. After being deducted $49.99 twice I called to cancel and as of today they are still attempting to debit my credit card. Even though they have assured me that my “membership” is cancelled. I paid more in membership fees than I paid for my original order. Ripoff!!! Do not order from them.
