Reposting because they got this review I won’t be silent from the truth!

Useless company! I have been with them since May last year and never missed a payment and always pay on time. My online account said I could apply for a top up loan. They emailed yesterday asking for information which I had given what the loan was for. This morning I have been unsuccessful. Clearly loyal customers means nothing to this company!

No where in their documentation do they tell you that the 'top up' loan will be used to pay off current loan with you only getting the difference in amounts. My bank adds the funds on e.g 200 outstanding and topping up 1k....your new loan is £1200.

If i wanted less than £600 I'd have gone elsewhere, as now im having to take a second smaller loan elsewhere to pay my for second LPG delivery this quarter due to weather hitting -6c for the last month (unfortunately its not cheap to run rural heating)

I wanted a loan but as I am a new customer they would only allow me as£1000 loan
I need around 3000 to get a decent car I can't with a £1000 loan. Called fair finance . well not been fair with me.

They are pathological liars who treat people appallingly with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
AVOID THEM!!!

I have reported them to the Financial Ombudsman and the FCA, I will be taking legal action

Sent a complaint in 12 days ago and have not heard back. payments have been sent to Fair finance and have been for last 12 months however only just found out payment ref was wrong fair finance have the payments and advised of the different payment ref but unable to get a reply. Going to the ombudsman now as need this fixed and rectified ASAP!

I highly recommend Fair Finance because they offered me a quick loan and I can pay in installments.

Since May, I have made three separate attempts to complain and enquire about your data policy, you still cannot be bothered to respond so I will now be escalating it further to the FCA. Terrible customer service.

the communication from start to finish is perfect, a very excellent company, this is my 3rd loan with them now have not missed a payment, but the service you get and the ease of applying is brilliant.

I have found fair finance very helpful indeed. They have been professional and they helped me out when I needed the extra cash. I highly recommend them.

Took out a loan with Fair Finance last year and no problems. Everything paid back on time and loan closed. Have since twice applied for another loan due to unforeseen circumstances. Twice been refused? Nothing has changed - yet computer says no? Won’t be using again (I’m 3 months or ever) they probably respond to this review with some bla, bla about carefully considering all aspects, bla, bla…. Then why was the first loan granted?!?

The third party they use made s false claim I do not get benefits thus refused loan. False hope and terminal dog will have to be put down completely rogue company do not trust

I had loan for 12 months never missed a payment always payed on time applied for another and turned me down saying not enough disposable income bearing in mind I am already paying them stay away

Requested a cancellation by phone as i wanted to avoid a hard search being affed to my credit file at 09.32 was assured by man that no hard search would take place received email confirming application was deactivated @ 9.36 but despite this a credit check did take place as i received an email sorry you have been declined so i rang again at 11.53am again staff lied and said no credit check had been undertaken and it was just the system sending that response because i had cancelled the application
Received notifications saying a hard search had taken place this morning (30/1/25) from money supermarket. A screenshot has been taken email sent with screenshot proving a hard search took place and compensation will be required for illegally accessing my credit file or court action will be taken

This company is a joy to deal with , they are very professional, always on hand to help whatever situation you find yourself in , and don’t chase you with harassing calls or letters , when I got my loan they paid out fast and it felt rewarding dealing with a company who shows true professionalism and respect to their customers ( I’m not a paid review or anything this is a genuine one incase your wondering ) if I ever find myself in trouble , this would be the first company I’d trust in a heartbeat 5 stars and thankyou to all your staff who have been understanding and helpful in every dilemma whatever that may be they should be proud of how respectful they are to their clients and as a company how decent you show yourself me to be , which in my case has been to the highest of standards

Diona is a very good customer service assistant very patient and understanding. Easy to talk to and listened to my side. She really helped and we both got to a good position at the end. I like the one to one experience better than filling the online form.
