I have emailed every email linked to this website the customer service is absolutely shocking I haven’t received my order and it’s not even allowing me to track my order I’m up to high end trying to find a dress for my 18th party DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! The emails are all fake no one will reply and I am having £50 taken from me and been sent absolutely nothing this is disgusting and this needs SHUT DOWN ASAP

I ordered something weeks ago still not arrived? I have been in touch with Fancy Perform Dozens of times and all they keep saying is it’s on its way! Would never use these con people again!

I am a vendor and we were promised a lot of things when we were asked to sell on their site. What we didn't expect was to get ripped off.

We haven't been paid for products shipped out to customers since October 2021! All emails gets bounced back. I don't even think any employees still exist. No way to recoup those funds.

Sadly, we were also asked to participate in a Holiday campaign in Dec. We sent out multiple products meant to go to "influencers". We never heard back from Fancy. Never got a sale from the campaign. Didn't even see one image on posted on IG.

If feels like they scored a bunch of free holiday gifts for themselves and left us high and dry.

I run a legit small business, handmaking limited-edition items that are stocked in luxury stores around the world. What happened at Fancy.com compelled us to warn both customers and vendors.

Do yourselves a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from them.

Please advise if this is the same company as Fancyspread.com who advertise clearnace sale of pure linen and cotton clothing on Facebook ?

Was shocked when the item actually arrived. After reading reviews I wrote this company off.
My item arrived yesterday and nothing like the top I ordered. Described as linen, the flimsy thing I received was polyester on the label!!! Will order nothing else from this terrible company. Please do not waste your money

There clothes are very low quality. Looks like stuff I made in high school home ec class. I'm still trying to get a refund and still jumping through hoops. They want pics of the stuff they sell before they can tell me what they will do,(which will be nothing.) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, THIS IS A BS COMPANY HIDING BEHIND FACEBOOK OFCOURSE. If I had to guess, I would say this company is in a foreign land that usually steals everything from every other country!!!!

Horrible company. Never received my item even their delivery service is a scam. They give you updates until it gets to US. Their customer no service is a joke

AVOID THIS COMPANY... I ordered at the start of January only ever received one item, and it was terrible, I have tried countless of times to get a refund amd iv now took it further, they are now stating the remaining items were in the first delivery which they were not!!! Absolute scam!!!

I'm writing this as after eading responses I know I'm not going to get any joy.
Garment received was not what I viewed. Ordered small received medium.
You think by now there should be some bod checking these companies.
Not the first time I've lost money to China and Hong Kong.
Going to now only shop UK now.

It's been over a month. I've attempted to contact them but they fail to respond. DON'T SHOP FROM THEM. IF THEY HAD A RATING FOR MY RECENT EXPERIENCE I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS!!!

Horrible shopping experience. I ordered a size up, based on recommendations, in two maxi dresses. The dresses are at least one to two sizes small and constructed with poor fabric. I’ve emailed customer service four times requesting their return address for a refund, with no replies. Definitely would NEVER recommend this company!!

Wenn man hier bestellt hat man selber Schuld. Die Ware ist so schlecht das man es nicht in Worte fassenkann. Ausserdem fehlte ein Teil der Bestellung, die Antwort der FIrma: alles verschickt. Nein es fehlte.Paypal hat mir nicht geholfen.

They are horrible I purchased 3 overcoats from them, they sent me 2 items I didn't order. The large size are very huge looks like XL. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased these merchandise. I am very pissed now.. Money that went down the drain.
Sad part they are going to change their names to keep taking people money.

Do NOT order from this site. They take 3-4 months to ship. The material is nothing described. The craftman ship is beyond terrible. It's from China, but they pretend to be from North America. They sent items I did not order as well. When you want to ship back the items, they try and offer you a terrible deal just to keep the items. Then by pushing they give you an address in China. Then they just ship it back to you-they pretend they didn't get it.. AN ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER. Shipping it 3 times across the ocean! I would have NEVER ordered if I knew it was coming from China. Do they not care about anything????? I suppose not. Just making money at the expense of the planet. I did get my money back by filing a claim to VISA. They lost. The planet lost.
