My business was accepted to sell on Fancy. Had a great onboarding and made sales, and within weeks I got a vague email saying they were changing things to “enhance the customer experience” and would be removing my shop, along with others. I asked for clarity and never heard back.

I've purchased from Fancy a few times over the past year including bedding, wind tumblers, stationary and some fun jewelry pieces. I have always been impressed with the quality of their products and selection. I did run into one issue where a necklace I purchased broke, but their customer service person (I think her name was Heidi) was able to get me a replacement quickly, which was amazing! (I haven't had any issues with the necklace since). Will continue to shop on Fancy.

I like to go to fancy.com to search for uncommon gift ideas. And I always find one.
This time, I encountered several issues with the delivery of an item and was assisted by a courteous, responsive and efficient customer service. This was very pleasant and reassuring. In the end, I got the product delivered. Great product!

Great selection of really cool products. I have made at least 10 purchases through their website and have been happy with everyone. I am writing this because I read some of the bad reviews. I think people are mistaking Fancy.com with a lot of other companies that have similar names.

Great service. On time, fast and simple

I bought a beautiful pair of hoop earrings for a gift and the entire process was positive. I realized I had ordered the wrong color and immediately sent an email that was responded to within minutes and my order was adjusted. The earrings came quickly and were totally LOVED by my daughter-in-law. Added to this, I requested a different backing for the earrings and they came immediately as well. Customer service is top notch and the earrings are gorgeous. I highly recommend Fancy!

Do NOT order from this website. Any website that does not have a direct customer service number or address, be very suspicious of. I ordered a black coat. Did not receive a tracking number and after more than two months, I get a stripped blouse in the mail. To make matters worse, I had to pay customs on something I did not order. They refused to send me a prepaid return label and offered 20% of the purchase price for the wrong order. If they do not send you what you paid for, contact your credit card company and report them as fraud because you did not receive the product you paid for and will not get a respectable refund.

Have already ordered 3 times from fancy.com. Never had any issues. Shipped quick (international) and comunication was great too. The shops contacted me to clarify my orders and shipped them.

First I was a little scared to order from fancy becuase of the bad reviews here in trustpilot. I can't agree with them at all, that has to be said!

I placed an order for a summer pant on March 2, 2020 and received my order approximately a month later. My order took a little longer than I expected (reason for the 4 stars vs 5 stars), The fit was great. I really like the style and was very surprised by the quality of the material. Overall I was very satisfied with my purchase.

I really recommend Fancy (Especially for home decor)

Although the product (cat socks) took longer to arrive (a month) than I expected, and although they are really bad at responding to email, the socks did arrive, they are good quality for the price, and packaged well. Overall pleased with the company, and only took one star off because they don't have good communication.
