The Kenzo pullover I ordered turned out to be a fake. Neither the store, not Fancy’s customer service reps would reply me. This is oretty funny considering Fancy sells watches for 10-20k. Maybe those are fake as well.

The website does not show where is your order.
When I finally got the product after more than a month, it came with the wrong color!!!.
I wanted to return it but they deleted my account. Since my account does not exist on their site anymore I can't return it.
Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them!!!

Die Ware ist aus sehr schlechten Material (billige China Ware) und riecht nach Kunstoff. Die Bekleidung ist den Bildern vom Katalog ähnlich aber im weiten nicht das, was man haben will. Außerdem ist nur die Hälfte der Ware angekommen... das war mir eine Lehre, nie mehr aus dem Internet bei unbekannten Firmen.

I ordered a Naked 2 palette a month ago. It came today and it was fake. They sold me fake urban decay product. The case is fake and poorly put together. The eye shadows aren’t even the correct color. The brush is fake. I will never use them again.

I only discovered Fancy.com in June and was a little miffed at the negative reviews. I took the chance and ordered a mobile phone holder for $20USD,costing me $35 AUD after postage. While waiting I inquired about the tracking procedure and had a quick positive response. On the 12th July the package had landed in Sydney,on the 16th July my package arrived in Brisbane,(coincidentally, on the 50th anniversary week of the first manned lunar landing) exactly 14 days after ordering - excellent service and a very nice,functional holder too(the seated astronaut). My first order, and it certainly won't be my last.

Vraiment de la caille excusez moi mais c’est honteux, rien ne vas la livraison est super longue , les matières sont plus que médiocre, les tailles ne correspondent pas et ce n’est vraiment pas du tout comme sur les photos!

Grosse arnaque. A ne pas acheter. Le tissus n’est pas du coton ni du lin mais bien du synthétique très bas de gamme. En plus pas fiable pour la livraison.

Extremely disappointing. I ordered 2 dresses from this company, they looked so beautiful online but then when I received them they look completely different than pictures, one of them is completely unrecognizable than how it was online. The material is AWFUL and the dress is completely see-through (very unlike what the pictures showed). The other dress I ordered is also awful. The material feels like a stiff paper bag.
Anyways, I would normally just return and get over it but I’ve been trying to get a return label from the customer service department for a month now and they are the most unhelpful company I have EVER dealt with. Seriously I’ve been trying to ask them to just send me a return label or if someone could tell me how I can get one and they keep telling me to send them pictures. At first I didn’t understand why since I’m simply returning the items and they have my information in their computers to see which items they are. But then eventually, 7 emails later I finally sent them a picture of the items and STILLL they haven’t given me a returning label. I feel like I’m talking to a wall with this company not getting anywhere and I just want my $90 back!!
Customer service is awful and material is awful! Not worth the purchase, and apparently there’s no way of returning things either soooo....... find a different website. There’s plenty of cheap cute clothes out there. This company is not worth anyone’s time or effort!

Forsure a scam. I bought a chair which was supposed to be from Baxter studios furniture ($250), it was a copied and pasted profile of the chair, pictures, description and all seemed english, proper, and legit, but some guy from Tenpai, Taiwan would receive my money instead upon entering my credit card. And charge another 3 payments of 50 dollars. I was able to dispute the 3 payments, and today I checked my bank statement and saw the price of the chair was also returned. But I bought the chair... 9 months ago. So... yeah... I was shocked to see this in my statement.

SCAM. Here's why:
First of all no one has ever heard of them (Had you heard of them prior to them reaching out to you for your money? Have your friends ever heard of them?)
The owner is probably a trust fund baby who was able to hire some developers, throw a cool pop-up event, invite celebrities and use that as leverage to look real.
They send you a whole presentation with screenshots of Will Smith and Drake saying they love fancy, but the Tweets are not real.
Think about it... if you own a platform, especially one that noone has ever heard of, you have the power to create an account say owned by Kim Kardashian and add the verified check mark and chances are none of us will ever have the chance to ask Kim to her face if she actually made that account on Fancy or if Fancy went ahead and made a fake one for her.
ANYWAY They promise you all this exposure but guess who are the only people getting exposure to their brand? Other people who were suckered in to Fancy only to find that everyone on there is trying to sell and end up getting advertised to eachother.
They will promise to drive sales, make you a webpage .. give you an account manager. But the minute you hand over your credit card everyone goes silent and no longer treats you like a priority.
I was able to put a block on my credit card and told Fancy I did not want to do business with them, and they continued to charge my card every month and asked me why I placed the block.... Um have you read your emails? None of you replied to me, helped me, or explained everything to me and I told you I would be placing the block. Nonetheless they kept attempting to charge my card which would just get blocked anyway by my bank.
This is just a bunch of fake as*holes stealing your money and making Fancy seem way bigger than it really is. Fancy is a lie noone uses that sh!t or buys from it (and if they do, as you can see in the reviews, noone ever received their product because its all a lie!!!)

I have been a registered vendor on fancy.com for 5 months now and It has been a pleasure working with with the fancy team. In the past, I purchased things on fancy.com and was very happy with the products I bought. As far as selling on fancy, my account manager, Mark, has been extremely helpful as he is always available to help me with any of my needs. Not only has fancy helped me grow my sales through the membership program, they also created and designed my own separate website jordansmithnewyork.com - overall I have had an extremely positive experience with fancy and would recommend that anyone trying to grow their sales should sign up

Fancy is a great marketplace to showcase our products. They help us reach a highly discerning customer base, committed shoppers with discerning tastes. The buying process is very straightforward for everyone involved, and the fact Fancy Customer Service take care of relations with customers is very useful.

We were able to grow our sales thanks to our presence on Fancy, especially higher-end products, which are normally more difficult to sell. At the same time, we gained ahige amount of followers, more than all social media platforms we are signed up to. As I wrote before, this is a committed audience, who sign up to Fancy to discover interesting and cool products to buy.

In terms of promoting our store, Fancy has been quite proactive in caming up with solutions that were affordable to us and allow us to have a higher visibility within the marketplace.

Overall, the collaboration with Fancy has been a successful and profitable one so far, and one we hope will continue to flourish as time goes by.

We started selling on Fancy in December, and have had a lot of success! It's great to be able to choose what items are featured on their home page, and set our own shipping prices. The store portal is easy to navigate. We've had a couple minor issues with overseas shipping and incorrect commission being charged, but nothing major. Obviously we expect orders to slow down after the holidays, but we're still receiving steady orders even after the New Year. We're looking forward to keeping up the demand through the whole year! I know of a clothing company that didn't have as much success, so it probably depends on the product but our artisan kitchen and home products have done really well.
