Let's see. Ordered refills on my dogs galliprant. They have not even shipped them. I contacted over 6 times and its been over a week and a half and each and every CS said they have taken care of this. And each time they say it'll be shipped out within 1 day. Then it was 2 days. 3 days. 4 days now on 5th day and not even shipped out. My poor dog has never missed a dose and these people say they have got management involved which apparently is just a lie. Each and every CS flat out lied. I am definitely looking into legal matters now to stop them from ever denying pain meds to someone else's pets. There is no excuse why a order placed on the 17th has not even shipped out. Its like they are purposely doing this. After 6 times contacting in 5 days I am done. Will be suing to get my money back because after 4 emails to cancel my order and 5 phone calls. I had enough. This is cruel. What is wrong with these people! I'd give a minus 100 stars if I could!
