I paid today at the Brussels airport for a fast track for two persons - nothing! No answer on calls, on what’s up or whatsoever to help. Sorry did not check them before! First they wrote that it can take up to 150 minutes before we get the priority tickets, and with every next check the minutes were growing rather than decreasing. When it reached 180 minutes I stopped checking hoping to get the tickets but - NOTHING! Do not use them! Go rather to the sites of the airports.

And update - at 20,59 (I have a screenshot) I received an info that my passes have ….. EXPIRED! EXPiRED! Scammers!

Total scam, I have paid 350 euro for service at my arrival in Barcelona, which was not provided. I have been attempting for one week to get a refund without success. STAY AWAY from this company. April 2026

The compnay is a scammer the general fastrack ticket can be purcase for free at the ariport website.

Literally saved me from missing my flight I have seen the add before on IG but I am glad I remembered it when I arrived and saw the queue on security it took me only a few minutes to download the app get the qr code I wasnt sure I can get it that close to departure time but i spoke to someone in customer support and they confirmed that it worked

We used FastTrack for the first time this summer because we were traveling with two small children and wanted to avoid long waits.

Used a brand new card, first service i used with it and I had a whole heap of fraud transactions on my card an hour after

I used my card only once that day — on your website.

Within one hour, multiple unauthorized charges were attempted using that card.

No other websites, merchants, or apps were involved, eliminating other potential sources of compromise.

Seems like a very stock response. while technically “you may not store my card,” that doesn’t mean the site is secure or that card data wasn’t intercepted en route.

While you state that your website uses industry-standard encrypted gateways and that card details are not stored, my experience, combined with a technical review of your platform suggests there's probably a deeper issue worth immediate investigation.
