Unfortunately we were in Inverness all day. That's where we stay. That's a very long way from Birmingham. So we have a receipt we don't want and the real customer hasn't got their one. No bid deal you might think but the fact is we receive Fatface E-Receipts from all over the UK. We raised it with Customer Service before but nothing happens. Yes, we are Fatface customers but now make a point of NEVER asking for an E-Receipt. Time for Fatface to sort this out.

Quite simply I am finding 'FatFace' to be the best in all spheres of online garment buying - styling, quality of product and efficiency of packaging and delivery. Why turn elsewhere?

I had a problem with mailing address and my order was lost. Fatface was amazing and just reprocessed a new order and sent it to me right away!!!!! Love this company and their quality of product and customer service!

I ordered a dress online which arrived quickly. Although this was a beautiful and quality dress, I returned it to a store because it was too long. The return was processed efficiently and the guy was helpful, polite and courteous. This was my first purchase from Fat Face but it won’t be my last.

Ordered to collect in store. Member of staff was extremely helpful & carried parcel & items for me. Made sure I could carry purchases home securely. I use a walking stick & so I may have struggled had he not been so empathic.
Extremely pleased with purchases though.

The Fatface website was very easy to navigate & enabled me to identify which colour/size/length of cargo shorts I wanted to buy. Calling into the central Birmingham store they had neither my size nor the colour that I wanted, but an extremely helpful assistant suggested that I try on another pair in a different colour which would confirm the size/fit & thereby give me reassurance when ordering on line, which I did. (I find that sizing can vary considerably between manufacturers). In my opinion, Fatface epitomise fashionable, well made clothes in great colour options at value for money prices. Recommended.

Spent the day looking for a shacket in Birmingham, to no luck, and tried your Grand Central store.

Found the perfect one, but in store only does small (doesn’t go down to XS and I’m not the biggest guy).

Member of staff helped out (forgive me, I didn’t get name) and showed me a few similar things, and explained that you can get XS online.

I stood in the shop and ordered, and the online service was great too.

Shacket is lovely, amazing quality and great price!

Will definitely buy from Fat Face again.

Improve the size. Everything is just way to big and next size down is way to small
