Great service
Great service. I needed to exchange my purchase for a larger size. Exchange was made without any fuss, I was well informed by the ‘Fatface’ team and advised when I could collect my purchase. Very good all round service, combined with great pricing. 5star

Not really loose enough to wear in bed... more to wear in the house maybe?
Have to return as whist a small, not loose enough for bed wear. Thus because my town is shop dead, I have to return to Bromley to return and buy a size up but cannot do that as size up now gone in sale. Overall, big waste of time really. Did like them though.

Catherine was very helpful, pleasant and understanding when I telephoned the store. She listened to my concerns and was supportive and informative. Later, when I went into the store, she continued to deliver excellent customer care. The manager was also very open and honest. I will certainly continue to shop at Fatface in the future. Thank you!

The staff have been always friendly
The staff have been always friendly, approachable and helpful. Definitely 5☆ customer service. Some shops need to take a leaf out of their books because they have the skills yo deal with customers.
Keep going Fatface with consistency and your hardworking staff. They are all truly appreciated. A special thank you to the Bromley staff.

Very pleased with Fatface clothes unfortunately as soon as sales start not much left in my size 8 . Love the quality and the fit . Staffs @ Bromley stores very pleasant and very helpful and patience . Please bring back the joycelene collection . ♥️♥️♥️
