Great shopping experience.
Staff always friendly and very helpful, makes all the difference, and one of the main reasons - besides the fabulous clothes, we shop there.

Excellent customer service
I was able to take advantage of an excellent Black Friday deal. I ordered online but a problem with placing the order and Royal Mail tracking meant that I never received delivery advice. Fortunately the customer service team were excellent and confirmed that my parcel had been delivered to our local store rather than my home address where I was able to collect it thanks to the helpful in-store staff

1. Friendly staff, not to pushy.
2. Store well laid out. Ladies section at the front. I like that 😀
3. Good sales. I always look in the sale rail.
4. Good quality clothing.
5. I love the accessories in Fatface. Especially the leather bags & belts.
