well designed and manufactured clothing
I saw a gorgeous scarf on line. I then saw it in the shop whilst I was browsing. It is so soft and light that once I picked it up I knew it would regret not buying it.It will work well with different jumper/coat combinations in winter.

Service always great whether it’s in store, or on line.
Click & collect is usually faster than the estimated time and should you need to return they include a return paid postage label or you can return in store.
As a brand FatFace is one of the good ones.

Nothing was too much trouble for either of them.

I wasn't able to make up my mind which dress to buy
I wasn't able to make up my mind which dress I should buy, when I asked a sales assistant she told me that one of the styles looked better on me, so I bought that one.

Summer treats
I bought a green and white knee length dress and lilac midi dress with side split. Both fit really well, although definitely come up large. I'm usually a 14/16 and these were both a 12 with room to wriggle

Best customer service I have ever had in a clothes shop!! By a mile. The staff were so polite and happy and helpful and went above and beyond to help me choose some dresses. Great bargains in the sales!! Thank you Sarah
