Good online service and customer service at store also good.

I ordered a jumper & rugby shirt both size xxl only the jumper fitted perfectly but rugby shirt was way too big ….& I was unable to order a smaller one

Easy to order online but had to guess on short length and glad I did as picture shown, the length were slightly longer which was a good thing.

Store near me and pick up was quick.

Ordered an item for store collection. Arrived at store 4 days after getting confirmation the item had arrived. The sales assistant found the item on the computer & marked it as complete but when they went to get the order they couldn't find it. They spent about 10 minutes searching while I waited with my 1 year old. Couldn't find it. My son was then starting to get a little fidgety which was adding to the frustration & what should have been a 2 minute trip into store took about 15/20 minutes. Manager spoke to me & said if she could take my contact details so she could call me when the item was found. I asked for a refund as how did I prove I didn't collect it seeing as they marked it off the computer already. So manager proceeded with a refund but value was £5 less. When I said no I paid £25 not £20 she said no it would be that price because of the additional 20% sale on. I said no I did pay £25 & proceeded to show her the emails as proof. I'd bought the item before the additional 20% sale had started. Finally got my refund. The only silver lining is that I then reordered the item, which was fortunately still in stock, at the discounted price if £20 but I ordered for home delivery because I did not trust sending it to store again! Left a bit of a sour taste after the experience because I do like Fatface clothing but just feel frustrated. So glad the item hadn't sold out!!

After being emailed my order was in its way to my chosen store, I waited and waited, 6 days later I happened to be near the store so called in as no email saying order was there, lucky I did as was there waiting, sales assistant surprised I didn’t get an email informing me. Not sure how that happened

Shirt did not fit so I returned it to store where I spent five times the original amount on other items. Sneaky🤪.

I'm a size 20 and live the fact i can get a well made item with desent material. I'm very happy to pay a bit more for good quality. Always manage to get what I want in the sales too. I use home delivery and store delivery. I pick up from the whiteley store, Fareham where the staff are very friendly and always ask if you would like help everytime I go in.

Over charged took a week to be refunded. Item I ordered was not available when I went to the store but as soon I left I had an email telling me to come and pick it up

The dress was great . Collection easy and quick. Goods arrived quickly.

Shop staff really friendly and helpful. Purchased two shirts. Great quality and fit as usual from Fat Face.

Good quality jeans with free click and collect that was very fast. Friendly staff in store. Lots of info on the jeans online really helped me choose the correct type.

Just excellent service on delivery I returned one item to the shop in Whiteley where they were helpful and polite

James was so helpful the headband that I wanted had a very slight fault with the stitching, he looked up online and was able to order another one which is being delivered free of charge to my home address.

I wanted a waterproof, windproof, warm and breathable coat and the brilliant branch manager, Thom, helped me find the perfect item, although he had to order it online as they don't stock petite sizes. It has since been tested in a thunderstorm with heavy rain and hail stones. I stayed perfectly dry. I'm so pleased with the Janelle raincoat / parka. I ordered it in granite, which I love.
