I ordered two shower fixtures. They processed the payment and then sent me an email stating they don't have that model anymore and to look at their website for options at a 5% discount. I asked for a refund with no response. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company. Hopefully they will be able to get my account credited.

I can't believe that after days and days of searching for a bathroom vanity faucet that is white, modern and affordable I found this site. So excited to find 4 different ones I could live with. Wanted to ask some questions but the site doesn't like my email address. Sorry, I've had it for years. Then I tried two others. Nope not those either. So even if I didn't have questions I still couldn't buy anything. Now reading the reviews I see I have dogged a bullet. Why am I not surprised.

Company has stopped Fulfilling orders. Last completed transactions are dated in early March 2020. I did have success with this company in 2016 so I we ordered the same shower. That order was placed in a ball and I have never received it nor any responses back. I did have a very successful transaction in 2016 though..

this site is a scam. Took my money, never delivered product. They don't return message or respond to complaints. Had to report is a fraud to paypal

I ordered a faucet April 10 2020. Received confirmation email from them. Since then nothing. I informed PayPal since I paid thru them. They are saying they can’t help me. Partly my fault since I unknowingly deleted their email confirming PayPal deduction. You think PayPal would have better records. Lessened learned ALWAYS check a website review online before buying anything. Never would of thought this was a scam site.

I ordered a shower curtain on January 19th. I paid for it on January 19th. It's Feb 20th. It has not shipped. I've contacted them twice with no response. Do not order from the company.

We ordered a few shower sets and sink tabs almost three weeks ago. They charged extra for express delivery of 3-8 calendar days. They created a shipment AWB with DHL a week ago yet when we talk to DHL they haven't shipped it ... when you call them they don't pick up ... when you write them they don't write back. I believe it's a scam .... stay away from them ... I have already reported them to the US authorities and will open a court case to bring them down.

I bought a shower faucet two weeks ago from the website,i didn't know how to install at the beginning.Fortunately,my plumber help me a lot and finally it works.The product is fine,i didn't find any problem.

Be sure you've measured out the dimensions of your shower, especially the distance between the wall of the shower and the rainhead shower. The biggest problem is that a few months later, the rain shower drips after a few minutes of not been used. I called customer service and finally they helped me solve the problem and made me calm down. Tips for purchasing on this website: looking carefully of the dimensions of each item you want to buy and contact customer sericve at once if you have problems.

We ordered four faucets for one of our rental properties. They did arrive but they were scratched from poor packaging and not being secure in shipment from their long journey from China. I completed a complaint with their complaint center in March requesting a refund (attaching pictures of the damage). After two weeks and the timer on the complaint running out, I responded with another comment asking about my claim. I also tried to call twice but got a message about the line being busy and to leave a message. After another month I commented again that I had heard nothing and would like to know the update on our complaint. I tried to call multiple times but could never get through, always getting the voicemail to leave a message. I find it unacceptable to not respond to my complaint. I find their customer service not lacking but non-existent. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Upgrade to previous review: All the things I said in my previous review were true, but there has been much progress.
I finally got my item (a glass vessel sink) and it was exactly as featured and very nice, beautiful in fact. The bad part of this company is that their phone number is worse than useless. I would get more satisfaction from putting a note into a bottle and tossing it into the ocean.
It seems that telling paypal that I want my money back coupled with a horrible review on this site actually caught somebodies attention. While I am very grateful that I finally got my product IT SHOULDN'T TAKE A NUCLEAR OPTION TO GET A RESPONSE FROM A COMPANY. Lesson here; hope for the best and expect the worse, that way you won't be disappointed.

The single-handle pull-out sprayer kitchen faucet in stainless is good looking functional faucet. The faucet arrived in excellent condition as most of the parts were individually wrapped and protected within the product box. The faucet was very easy to install. Water line can be attached directly to the faucet lines without additional hoses needed. Love the faucet head as the sprayer.

Bought faucet never arrived they’re not even verified through PayPal scam of the site I will update if I receive faucet it’s been over 16 days

I bought two faucets, wanting to see them both in person and return one. I specifically asked if I was able to return the one I didn’t use and they assured me I could. After they arrived, I installed one (although I ended up paying a lot to have someone assemble it and buy adaptors for my USA sink— hard to explain but it was very difficult to attach the water leads and took hours.) I tried to return the other and ended up in an email chain with someone in China basically saying return was impossible and “uneconomic”. Wouldn’t order from this company.

UPDATE: funny, I just saw the response, which is nearly as irritating as their private responses to me. As I said above, I have the email chain where I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if the item was returnable, explaining that I was ordering two but only wanted to use one. I said this above, but as you can see, they ignored it, even in their public response. Just save yourself the trouble and buy from someone reputable.

After waiting for some days, i got the faucet. It looks nice, clean, and the line is smooth.
After installing it, I turned on the water and the faucet makes the flow definitely greater than any other faucet we have had. Fortunately, our sink is deep enough that the water is not splashing out at all. I also noticed that I can turn the water on just a little and the flow will wash off any soap. In some ways this can be a water saver.

I ordered a faucets from them after a lot of research online. They best the next best price by $35, shipped quickly, packaged it well to keep it unbroken, and had a customer service rep call me to make sure I received it and everything was good. Would order from them again!

Bought an outdoor shower set, it took weeks to get here, missing parts, no english directions, plumber was unable to put it together. I tried sending it back but it was past the return policy, they wanted to ship me another mounting bracket but the bracket they were going to send didn't even match the correct outdoor shower. Also, these guys have a website that looks like it's based in the US, it's overseas and everything is in Chinese, including the box and chinese directions. what a joke, the emails and communication was horrible. stay away from these guys. I spent a little more and went with a local plumbing supply company...and it was a much better built outdoor shower.

Terrible business. Still no product after multiple attempts to contact. Even paid for expedited shipping.

I ordered a designer looking bath/ shower faucet. After more than a week, I was contacted because my purchase had not gone through, and I needed to reorder. Once reordered, It took several weeks to arrive. Once it got here, it was dented in several places. The vendor insisted this was due to shipping, but it was obvious the faucet was damaged in several places before it was packed. They offered to replace a bent pole, but argued that they were unable to see the damage on the shower head in the pictures. After several weeks they said they had shipped the pole, but by then I had given up and requested a return. (They had never sent the replacement). They refused to provide a return shipper or label and insisted I pay for the return shipping even though the item was damaged. After multiple attempts to work with them to provide return shipping info, I contacted my credit card company.

The faucet does not meet code standards, and the tub faucet Is smaller than a bathroom sink faucet. The height of the faucet is too short to stand under. They offered to send a taller pole piece for an additional $40. Oh brother!

I later found they had violated laws by shipping to my state. Lovely.

They really don't know how to provide customer service.

I really don't like that I ordered something and haven't received my item yet and it is over 10 working days and I haven't yet find a working number where I can talk to someone for some input I have work guys he have to wait no my order to come
