Recently, I sold my flat using FDR Law, with Stephanie Ward acting as my solicitor. Although I never met Stephanie in person, her communication throughout the process was consistently professional, clear, and prompt.
One of the things I appreciated most was her responsiveness, I never felt ignored or left waiting for an update, which made the whole experience far less stressful.
I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and communicative solicitor.

I can’t recommend FDR law (Fran)

Katie (Khatidja Valani) was our conveyancer on the sale of 2 flats. They were not straight forward transactions but she did a great job at coming up with pragmatic solutions to the many hurdles and kept us well informed throughout. Strongly recommended and we would ask her again without doubt.

Josh was fantastic, we were never waiting on our side to get anything done, so we went at the speed of the other solicitors, which is a miracle in conveyancing! FDR portal made everything easy to see what I needed to do, and emails were pretty much always responded to within the day. Genuinely such a great experience and no stress, which is what you want when buying a house! I was buying my first property with the HTB bonus, and it was a leasehold, and they dealt with it all so easily. You get what you pay for, I nearly went for someone much cheaper but I really think it was money well spent to get me in the house quickly and easily.

Sylvia Caudwell made the whole legal side of the home-moving process completely seamless, it was an absolute dream to have someone so proactive and diligent on the case, we can't recommend them highly enough

Fran has been absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her services enough, especially for a first time buyer! Every part of the process has felt easy and Fran has been with us every step of the way. When you are buying a house for the first time, all the legal and formal language can feel extremely overwhelming but Fran made sure she talked us through each step of the process and it just made us feel at ease.
