BEWARE!! My dad and I ordered a 30' aluminum commercial flagpole with internal Cable Halyard black finish. I ordered this back on 9/20/2025. They stated this was a 6-week lead-time. 6 weeks later I called and they said it was getting anodized. Here we are on 1/8/2026 and still cannot give a date of when I should receive this item. I spent $7,200 on this order and have only received the ground light and a "Free" eve/wall mount flagpole.

I ordered a flag on October 16. Was supposed to be delivered October 20th. Haven't received it yet. Today is November 14th. No answer when I called. No answer as of yet on email.

My company purchased a heavy duty US flag from this company. In fewer than five months of use on a flagpole in front of our building, it tore at a grommet. They refused to replace it.

I purchased a 25 ft flagpole in 2019. It comes with a 5yr warranty. Its been a great solid pole for over 4 yrs. Two of my friends actually bought the same pole. The pole snapped and is still within the warranty period. Customer service told me they no longer carry the pole and cant honor the warranty. The pole is still available on the website so not sure why they honor the warranty. I didnt even want a new entire pole. Just the ground pole so i could my flag back up.

Received the flag as promised. Put it up at the end of July and now it's time to replace it. It's fraying badly - just like the Amazon flags with prices that are much less expensive.

Here is the response from Amanda Page at Federal - which they don't share up front -

" The life of the nylon flag is 3-5 months if you take it down daily and in inclement weather. Your geographical location comes into play as well. Our flags are proudly made and hand sewn in Wisconsin and Illinois on special sewing machines. The life of the polyester flags are 6-9 months if you take them down daily."

Complete garbage. Purchased an outdoor flag for about $950.00 and it lasted about 4 months. Contacted federal flags and was told that’s about how long they last!!?!!?

Everything is packed well.
And delivered exactly on time.
I was quite satisfied.

It's easy to find similar products nowadays. But this is where I noticed normal value for money, so I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I ordered my flag pole and received the pole in a timely manner, however the pole is all I’ve received. I’m still waiting on another box which hopefully has all the materials to set the pole. It’s been over a week since I received the pole.

Received flag and ring within 3 days, have not received pole yet.

I purchased a flag pole solar light for our school's flag pole. The process was quick and easy to complete. I appreciated the choices for shipping that were available.

Great service , great product

Only thing I should have done better is go for the flexible head. Installed easily.
