Always a great experience from product to customer service to delivery!

Fence screen in my opinion is a great company one of my screens tore after I purchase it in 3 months I called the company and took a picture and they immediately made me another one. Riley was great this is a company of Integrity so if you're screen doesn't work properly you can count on them to come through for you Lorna Moffett at Monterey

Easy to order, quality service and products.

Fences perfect!

The tape worked great and was easy to work with. It would help to include a hole punch. The ones available local did not last very long.

Arrived on time, special ordered, came all good as designed and supposed to be.

The fence screen I ordered was exactly as I ordered it and it came in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the quality of the product.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡!!!! First want to start out by saying one star is not reflect how bad this company is they get clown status. They completely messed up my order and would not fix it. I paid over $4,000 for top of the line fence screen i did not get what i paid for. Then when i called and ask, they said they would give me a 20% discount to reorder the same thing i already paid for. Wow get to buy it twice? While crossing my fingers hoping it is right the second time. I don't think so! There website says satisfaction guarantee which is a lie!!!

Very unprofessional, we have had multiple problems with our order we tried to call our salesman Howie to let him know about the problem he would not call back. We tried to talk to the supervisor and even he would not call back. The screen we received is not what we ordered, Customer is not happy with us and it all falls back on this so called company fence screen. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

I had placed an order with FenceScreen earlier this year for two custom sized screens with printing on one side only. The process was ok but not as smooth as other custom product orders. Specifically, other companies have the file upload as a part of the order web page while FenceScreen required you to place the order, then they would email you a separate link to another service to upload the file. Although this was not as efficient, I still received my order. Last week, I went to reorder the same exact product (same quantity, same design, same size) by mentioning the original order number and requesting the same thing. Its now been over a week and the order has not started production. The process has now changed where you are sent a DropBox link to upload the design so their team can create proof. The proof is emailed to you and you need to "reply all" when you approve the order. However you never get a confirmation email, no one responds unless you send multiple replies to the email chain and the process is completely broken now. I will be finding another company that has a more mature process.

Quick shipping and quality material.

My first order came in completely damage. Nothing usable.

I was issued a refund and made another re-order. My second order came in damaged as well.

Two things: either you fix your shipping methods and how you package your products or you change carriers.

Super helpfull team when i called I was able to talk to a human. Great customer service and got the materials at a great price compared to some local companies. This screen does take some time to install since its in a roll you definitely have to weave in through every hole but in the long run it was worth it. And the fence looks great

We ordered the ligustrum panels about five years ago and they still look very real and are holding up well outside for years without fading--
Our most recent order is for an indoors application and it looks great!

Nice material. Very well made, and durable. Didn’t take much time to set up on my fence.
