Fast shipping. The product I get, this website is the only place I can find it anymore.

I ordered Navy blue and the color I received was not navy blue. My fence installers installed it all and the customer came out furious and made us remove all of it and called us colorblind and lost all of the revenue for that project.

This is a joke. The fence wires are not straight enough for these pieces to go in on the straight line so they’re all crooked and look really stupid. I guess I’m gonna take them out and start over and see if I can’t figure something out. What a waste of money.

I love how it turned out- the pieces holding the screen i had issues keeping it together, but it worked out.

Nice quality-easy install

Great product, efficiently processed & efficiently shipped .

The design and look came out perfect. The one issue I had was the way the product was shipped. It was folded and in a box, which caused many permanent creases. If the sign was rolled and shipped, I think would have made the difference.

The screen is about 1.5" taller than ideal. Doing everything we can to lift our top rail and attach to the bottom as low as possible, but we still have wrinkles. Slightly less height would allow it to pull tight.
Otherwise this stuff works great. Tough, good attachment points, and looks great.

Good price, always on time

Good product, I'm very happy. What I did is cover both sides of the carport 35 feet long by 7 feet tall, it keeps the wind and the rain and heat (in the summer) from my vehicles. Good material. Thank you.

Great product

It took a month before my ordered shipped. I was not notified about the progress and had to call the office to check the status of my order. Once I called, they told me they were having issues with their machines and had fallen behind orders. It would have been nice to receive an update, so we're not left wondering.
After I had called I received an email the next day saying my order was being shipped...This made me wonder if my order was just forgotten and laying around their warehouse. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, but the communication and shipping procedure needs improvement.

The delivery was on time quick and efficient, the product is well made doesn't seems or feel cheap, easy to install and build i took me less than a day to install 100ft of fence by myself.

It was easy to place the order. The order was delivered as promised.

They were exactly the length I gave, and they keep the dog from barking, and block the view of the rental cabin’s behind our house.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Irresponsible Delivery

I had a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order, paid in full, and never received the item. Although the carrier marked it as “delivered,” there was no signature, no handoff, and no actual proof that I ever received anything. The package was allegedly left near the Beach Club—a high-traffic area where anyone could have taken it. Completely irresponsible.

When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly hid behind vague “proof of delivery” from the carrier and refused to issue a refund or replacement. Instead, they offered me 20% off a new order—as if I should pay again for something I never received in the first place!

I expected better accountability and protection as a paying customer. This company clearly prioritizes their shipping partners over customer satisfaction. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to be cautious—especially if you live in an area where packages can be easily stolen. Once your money is taken, they wash their hands of the situation.
