Quality product. Excellent communication. Highly recommend. We used it so our dog would stop barking at everything he sees. Now, he doesn't see much!! Works great!!

Love my FenceScreen - I have it on my deck for privacy, as well as next to my hot tub. Ordering is easy online and the product is delivered within days. Easy to set it up as well.

The delay in receiving the product was the only issue. But they worked perfectly and were exactly what I was looking for.

The screen I ordered came custom. Cut the grommets were exactly where they said they were gonna be. And it fit perfectly

Ordered privacy screen. Color match to website wasn't great. Panels were well-made, and as advertised (other than color, which is always an issue in ordering online). The big issue is that they shipped a custom panel that didn't fit. I called customer service and spoke to them. Order was written on their website, they claim I ordered a smaller size. I didn't create a user account, so I don't have a record of the order I placed - that's my fault. I'm willing to say I may have made an error (though I'm a woodworker, so my measuring skills are really pretty good), and I was willing to pay for the rework. It's also possible they made an error and I shouldn't pay for the rework. They applied the minimum order fee to the rework, making it $300+ for a single panel. That's a business policy, and inflexibility on that factor makes them a poor bet from my perspective.

The product is very difficult to install because the slats are too thin to easily push through the chain links. Pliers are needed to slowly pull through a few inches.

I placed an order on April 1, 2025. After five times of follow-ups with customer service, I got the order after one month on May 1. The lead time is more than four weeks! The customer service either promised a date to ship the order and could not keep the promise with "sorry for the delay", or gave me the excuse of " we are in the middle of our busiest season".

The website is intuitive and helpful when ordering multiple different custom size tarp/screens. I was able to order multiple unique sizes for our Dog Kennel area; where every fence line is a different dimension. The only thing I would change is that the custom sizing tag that is sewn onto the tarp is folded in on itself so you need to unfold each one to find this tag and the size that you are looking for. Not a huge drawback at all. Great company and fair prices.

Quality workmanship, which is a rare in these times when companies are focused more on profit than producing products that are durable and affordable.

Easy online purchase, fast shipping and quality product!

Spent over $2k Did not receive complete order. Called customer service Twice left a message both times no return call. Sent email with details got no response. Bad thing is I wanted to order more fence covering. Unfortunately forced to look elsewhere.
