When it was time to move to Canada, Fetchapet has been the best choice that I ever made for my pet.
My cat is almost 11 and Paula totally understood my worries, sent me detailed plans for shipping.
I appreciate attention and quick responses to all my questions.
Additionally I would like to say big thank you to Nick picked up cat and then send us pictures and messages that she was absolutely fine
I strongly recommend Fetchapet for everyone who loves their pets.

Very reassuring service, Sally, Nick & team was excellent, really reassured us that our puppy that was travelling to Taiwan would be okay. They collected her from Wales cared for her for the day before her flight completed all paperwork and then safety got her to Taiwan. They did an excellent job, very professional caring and considerate to owners and pets. Would recommend.

I used fetchapet twice for relocating our puppies from UK to Taiwan. Sally is so wonderful and really goes above and beyond to make sure the puppy arrives safely and everyone is comfortable with the plans.

I just finished shipping my 2 dogs from the UK to Dubai with fetchapet and I have to say that Paula and her team were outstanding. It’s a very stressful and daunting experience and I was not looking forward to it. Fetchapet held my hand from start to finish, taking all the stress out of the experience. I was actually in Dubai at the time so they had a lot to coordinate but their attention to detail and their professionalism were outstanding. They literally did everything and made sure I understood things every step of the way. They really cared for the dogs when they were in their care and just made the whole thing less stressful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I would thoroughly recommend Fetchapet to look after your fur babies. 10/10 service

We have used Fetchapet twice now for assisting with the transportation of our dog between Bermuda and the UK. Emma and the team are so knowledgeable and reassuring, it makes the whole thing less stressful! They are completely up to date on the paperwork needed for different countries and keep us up to date when the dog is in transit. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Paula and team were very helpful in answering my questions on all the ins and outs that I needed to know prior to Gandalf's flight. There was a slight hiccup when getting the EHC at the initial vet appointment, which we agreed can be avoided with a simple phone call. The Fetchapet team remained very professional about the whole experience and even promptly help to get a last minute appointment with another vet on the same day - their efforts and concern helped eliminate the anxiety I had leading up to the big move!

Transporting your loved pets across countries is a massive decision. From my first enquiry about moving my cat from England to New Zealand, Fetchpet were brilliant. I had many emails and calls with them with lots of queries and every person I spoke with handled it with warmth, patience and lots of knowledge. The logistics of transporting pets is a quagmire and they are experts in this.

Where they came into their own was the level of care they gave my cat. They went above and beyond to ensure he was happy, healthy, comfortable and at ease. I was already in New Zealand and to know my cat was being this well looked after took a huge weight off my shoulders. I will always remember the kindness they showed my cat and by proxy me. I can't recommend Rachel, Sally, Emma and all at Fetchapet enough.

They really love animals and love reuniting them with their owners.

I could not recommend this team enough. I imported a French Bulldog and British shorthair from the UK to Australia. I had requested quotes from a couple of other companies and was instantly rejected as snub nosed dogs were in the too hard basket, not for fetchapet though. Australia having very strict import standards seemed very overwhelming, when I contacted Fetchapet they made everything so seamless. The team is friendly professional and very thorough. They picked up on vet work that they had incorrect dates, which even I didn't notice. My pets were in boarding too and I had regular email updates, they spoke about my pets like they were their own, with so much affection. Fetchapet made our pets move so stress free. Fetchapet are phenomenal.

I contacted Fetchapet, initially comms were with Emma, about a year before my wife and I emigrated to Thailand. I had numerous questions on several occasions, to which I received friendly and knowledgeable answers. When it came to seeing the facilities that Fetchapet have, it put my mind at ease knowing that they were a competent and responsible company who I could trust to look after our cats, Max and Jessie. The crate used was more than adequate and I was reassured they would travel in comfort. Leading up to the travel date, Rachel was very helpful in guiding us through the process. Within a couple of hours of landing in Bangkok, we were reunited with our feline friends. I would highly recommend Fetchapet if you are looking to relocate with pets.

Rachel and the team have been absolutely fantastic! We were struggling to find a company to organise the transportation of our dog from the UK to Gibraltar - but thankfully discovered Fetchapet. Rachel has invested a lot time into helping us, as the process was fairly complex. Rachel kept me updated throughout the transportation process and I was thankful to receive an email letting me know that our dog was checked-in for her flight and doing well. I would highly recommend Fetchapet.! My Labrador Dexter has just spent one month with them in preparation for him to join us in China. Relocating during the pandemic has been very stressful for us as a family and when a pet is involved it complicates things. My worries snd concerns were short lived though when Dexter went to Fetchapet . The care and attention that Emma , Rachel and their team gave to Dexter was wonderful . Any queries were answered quickly and efficiently and I had regular updates with photos which was very reassuring . A very professional team that I would not hesitate to use again.
