Great service and workmanship
Easy to park outside the workshop, staff helped taking the bike in (which is quite heavy) was kept up-to-date throughout with progress and the work requested was done (service plus a few specific items. Very happy with both staff, but dealt mainly with Calum who was courteous and helpful.

Fixed small problem and no charge
My wheel came loose - minor issue but I would have been stranded. They very helpfully fixed it, adjusted my brakes and didn't charge.

The team performed a highly professional service on my 10+ year old Dutch city bike, which now once again rides beautifully.

I popped into Fettle with brake…
I popped into Fettle with brake problems. The guys were really pleasant, assessed the bike prob and they sorted it out within a few hours all at a very reasonable price. Thanks so much for a speedy service.

Many thanks to Patrick for the extensive work he carried out on my bike. The whole experience was genuinely lovely. He did an excellent job, and the bike feels great. Patrick was incredibly polite and generous throughout the process, even completing some extra work with additional parts at no extra charge. I really appreciate the care and attention he put into everything. Highly recommended.

Great service, good price, no delays
The service was great and the team is nice and professional. I initially came for a puncture but got a full service done in the end. Big thanks to Rowan, the process was quick, didn't have to leave my bike in the shop for ages and also he found parts which needed to be replaced for an affordable price.

Have used Fettle several times (for my canyon aeroad) and the service has always been incredible.
The customer service could not be better, can drop your bike off at any time and get regular updates via text and email. My bike has always been returned in great condition and issues resolved, in a timely manner.
