FFP was recommended to me by a friend and I would highly recommend them myself.
I initially spoke to the Director, Richard who assisted with quotes for their services and an initial Mortgage in Principle which helped me with my house search to have a better understanding of my budget.
For the application process, I was contacted by Chloe who was very helpful and explained the application as she was completing it on my behalf. Chloe was great throughout the whole process and also chased the mortgage company when I was waiting longer than the advised 5 days for my official offer.
Chloe was always on hand to answer any queries, always emailed back within a day and took away all the stress of mortgage research and application.
Everything was always explained thoroughly so I felt happy and confident in my final decision for my mortgage.
I would highly recommend FFP.

Richard Lloyd Jones was absolutely fantastic in arranging a bridging loan which was needed to enable a very important building project to proceed. we cannot praise him and his company more highly , he managed to overcome many hurdles that came up for us along the way, and secured the loan.
