Me and family have worked with Richard for years now and every time the service and expertise is unmatched. Richard spent almost 2 years tenaciously pursuing a mortgage for me. The banks were a huge hinderance however his persistence finally got things completed.

Lee was quick to respond to any queries we had, and explained all processes so that it was easy to understand and follow. Made applying for a mortgage so simple, would absolutely recommend!

Kat was recommended to us through friends who had had a great experience. She was extremely helpful from the moment we contacted her and had so much knowledge on the right mortgage for my mum. We are delighted with the care and service received from Bethan and the team at FFP Solutions whilst we have been looking for a suitable mortgage for our first home. Lee Evans from FFP Solutions has been nothing short of amazing. He guided us through all processes linked to getting our mortgage for our first property. He made the process so easy. He was always so willing to answer my many questions to ensure that I fully understood the process. No question ever felt like a silly question and he demonstrated so much patience as my husband and I tried to understand this new world of everything ‘mortgage’! He was always at the end of a Zoom call or email. Lee also helped up set up our life insurance, critical illness cover and contents insurance for our home. Once again, this was done with patience and care as Lee took time to answer any questions we had. Katherine was fantastic throughout the process. Our case wasn’t straight forward as refinancing high renovation debt but this didn’t faze Katherine. She found us a great deal. Communication was great always replied quickly and chased on our behalf without needing prompting. Definitely be using her services again when our mortgage is up for renewal.
