I needed a storage at the last minute for same day move. I was very please, all it took was one phone, call less than 15 mintues on the phone and just like that i had my reservation for a storage. The representative was very helpful. And Val and Sue with Bullseye storage are the best. I will highly recommand the site and Bullseye.

I literally went this storage facility on a Saturday. Last minute need for a storage unit. Bad timing! I'd reserved a moving truck on Friday which was much larger than I needed but since it was Friday it was all they had. It was going to cost me $160 for the rental plus .49 a mile. I got a bad vibe and decided to risk going to a storage facility that also had moving trucks. I got a storage unit for a fair price and had use of a large moving van. My cost for the use of the van for the day came to $32+. I got a great storage unit that was extremely convenient. The representative that took care of the transaction is named Tina. This gal was awesome! What great customer service! I would definitely recommend this storage facility. (I-5 storage, Tustin) The transaction went seamlessly. I was prepared, that's important. Driver's license, proof of insurance, and a CASH deposit for the truck. My deposit was $140 for the large van which was returned to me on return of the van. I wholeheartedly recommend this storage facility! Ask for Tina!

Everyone I spoke with was so kind and helpful, and even though it turned out that we didn't need the rental truck or storage unit, I would highly recommend Life Storage to anyone!

They don't have the capacity to help you look for everything you need. For instance I was looking for a storage unit between 10X15 - 10X30 (or anything in between). You can only mark one size button which means you have to do a separate search for each size. Also you can only choose one feature, like climate control, open 24 hrs. etc. and they only have 3 features for you to choose from. If there are specific things you want (and you want more than one of them) this is not the site for you.
