Having to drive from Orlando to Melbourne. They need 24 notice for appointment. I gave them very short notice of when I need to be there. Even with a holiday, he was able to work with me. Thanks.

The website was very clean and simple to use and helped guide me to the right storage place!

It was challenging finding affordable storage unit, but I was able to secure a unit for my use. It is an older building and lighting is a challenge, but it will work for our needs for now. The help desk was very busy and they needed to have at least 2 people working, but did not, so the wait was long (half hour).

I have called 3 different times, finally got my reservation
Drove for 9 hours, just to be told that the company that I made the reservation with is not accepting reservations from this company. Now I have wasted $300 in gas hauling a trailer, and I still have no unit to put my stuff in.
