Easy way to find storage.

Love this place

Got plenty of calls from sincere workers trying to gain more business.

At the beginning, the storage location did not want to honor the internet price. At the end, my reservation was accepted.

Easy to deal with.

After I made the reservation, I drove by the storage location to check it out and it is just what it said it was!

I arrived after the cut off time to reserve at unit on Saturday. I had all my stuff in my car already and going somewhere else was hardly an option so John agreed to stay late and help me get a unit. Thank you for making what could easily have been a terrible situation into a painless process!

From answering to final reservation was totally perfessional and it was great dealing with you .The follow through on reservation was also great.

The confirmation of the reservation I received via email from your company was not the same reservation that was sent to your company to the storage facility. They had a different unit in a different location that I was told. That also caused an issue in their system which would not the reservation fully go through on their system. This made they entire process take much longer than it would have originally been and after moving all day, not the frustration I wanted to deal with. I will not be using your company again.

The best service I've had in a long time!!! Fast, friendly, and efficient. I was at the 11th hour for moving on a SATURDAY...they helped me get the job done. My agent was GREAT!

The moment you walk in it's like your home. I mean very friendly and helpful with all your needs in regards to there storage facility. Plus very clean! I highly recommend this place 100%.

Could have done as well with general search if site was listed with attributes defined. eg. trailer semi access.

The site was well organized and was easy to find information to help make a decision. You have to make sure the filters register your search criteria but then it's very easy. Good, useful site.

Was very disappointed. Booked unit and the manager called me back and said he didn't have one then he had a lady call me from another property which was higher and a dump not gated and in a bad area.

It's a great start, I did find alot of storage places that weren't on your list that also offered good deals. I like that you offered discounts for using your services even though the storage place that I reserved didn't gain me any discounts. Helpful app
