The manager was polite; however this facility has maybe 3 doors to access, with all the units inside. Only one maybe two trucks can park in the back to unload, then if you are upstairs prepare to wait for the slowest elevator in the world, averaging 1 floor every 5 minutes, and there is only 2 floors. Oh and the prices for these units, ridiculous, and insane!

I've rented storage units before and mostly it's a simple straight forward goal...but often turns into an unpleasant event. This time was different...I didn't have to prove why I needed storage, have to pay a bunch of fees, buy special locks, insurance. Just fill out a short form, pay my money and start unloading.I'm not pressured to remedy my over abundance of belongings, as it's very reasonable.

The business I made the reservation with contacted me the next day to confirm and they honored the online discount and extended it for another month. I will use this app again for my storage needs!
