Took way too long to get the delivery
Took way too long to get the delivery. Arrived almost 2 weeks after the order which didn’t work out because the delivery was a week beyond my friends birthday.

Hello, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry the order did not arrive in time for your friend’s birthday.
The shipment was initially held due to the high temperatures, as we try to avoid sending wine during extreme weather conditions that could compromise the bottles. Once shipped, there was also a delivery delay because the recipient was unavailable to sign for the package.
Because alcohol shipments legally require an adult signature upon delivery, we cannot authorize FedEx to leave the package unattended on a porch or at the door.
We understand the disappointment with the timing and regret that it did not arrive when you had hoped. We appreciate your business and understanding.

Father in law dream
Found a rare bottle of Whiskey that my father in law has always wanted to try. Based the year of bottling the whiskey is over 90 years old. I'm sure my FIL will enjoy the Whiskey.

O you show a picture of what you’re selling with a price. You send a different bottle that is NOT the bottle you show and try to say, it’s still the same. It’s called a bait and switch.

We would like to clarify this, as we have already explained the situation to you directly via email and provided supporting information regarding the label change.
You purchased Stagg Batch 25A and Batch 25D. The “Jr.” designation was discontinued beginning with Batch 18, and subsequent releases are labeled simply “Stagg.”
The bottles you received were the Batch 25 releases you ordered. While Buffalo Trace has since removed the “Jr.” designation from the label, the product has long been known as “Stagg Jr.,” and that naming continues to be widely used by retailers and industry databases when referencing the same product line.
When you contacted us, we responded promptly, explained the change, and provided additional information documenting when the “Jr.” designation was discontinued.
As we explained at that time, this was not a bait and switch, nor was a different product substituted for what you purchased.
We value every customer's experience and are always happy to address any questions or concerns directly.

Delivery was on time but FedEx here has a habit of leaving the wine in the worst possible places. In this case, it was left in direct sunlight and although it was only there for 30 minutes, in 90+ degree heat the wine was damaged. Not your fault.

We will definitely be escalating this matter to FedEx. All of our shipments require an Adult Signature, meaning someone should be present at the time of delivery to provide a valid ID proving they are of age and to sign for the package. The shipment should not have been left unattended.
