Great that actual product was in stock for a player of the game and that is was as close to msrp that you can find right now. Delivery was fast. I can't recommend this place enough

Really good experience, managed to purchase a game which was out of stock almost everywhere else and it was delivered very promptly. Will definitely use again.

Not gonna lie, Firestorm Cards' website is offputting, it looks like it was made in the early 2000s. But i got a copy of Speakeasy off them when no-one had it in stock. Anyone that knows anything... もっず芋る

Jimmy at Firestorm smashes it yet again.. had "The Lord of the Rings: Fate of the Fellowship" on a stock alert for months aftwr playing at UKGE..

Ordered on Thursday, arrived over the weekend.. order confirmation, picking confirmation and postage confirmation provides total satisfaction throughout.

Another easy purchase..

Five Stars is a rare thing for me..

Refused to provide return.

As per title, refused to provide refund for returned damaged item. Had to get PayPal to intervene.

We're always happy to help and resolve any issues promptly, but we also expect a fair level of patience and understanding in return.

Your parcel was received back with us on Friday, and before we had a working day to process it, you had already escalated things with a PayPal claim. It’s disappointing when customers expect instant results yet take their own time when returning items.

We treat all our customers with respect and aim to provide good service, but it's difficult when we're not afforded the same courtesy. A bit of mutual consideration goes a long way.
