Given that the seller responded that the stock is not available (even though it was available at the time of purchase), he has promised me to process the refund within 3 days time. Understandable if the stock count is inaccurate.

Unfortunately, no refund was made. After numerous emails went un-replied and non-existence response after the initial disappointing news, I finally need to raise a case with Paypal to get the order refunded after a week.

I should have read the negative reviews and sadly this has occurred with my purchase. Luckily it was not a large purchase for me. I will never use this company again.

Everything arrived in perfect condition. Outer box was slightly damaged, probably during transportation. However, the inner contents were totally fine thanks to the good usage of protective material. As an EU customer, I didn't have to pay any additional customs charges either.

A quick delivery, a well package box and my game arrived in perfect condition for a decent price, what's not to love

I ordered two games from Firestorm Cards, and they arrived quickly and in great condition. They were also more reasonably priced than many other stores. Recommended!

I thought they were a good place as I made a few orders but on one of my orders they told me they didn’t have the product, to choose between refund or credit in store. I chose credit in store and they went silent. Didn’t gave me the credit nor the refund, and never replied to any of my several emails. In process of recovering the money. They just lost a customer and I would recommend against new customers to buy with them, to avoid possible issues.

Update: Firestorm came back to me after I opened a case with paypal and the refund was provided. Apparently they were away, which is not okay as they should make their customers aware if they are not going to reply for a period of time but at least all was resolved.

Reliable website, fast delivery

Really great company. Items were packaged well and questions I had were answered in a timely manner. Very happy with the experience and will order from again!

Rare games available for a decent price

I wish i could give this site a higher rating.
Everthing started out fine, the website had vast array cards and additional material for 1 edition x-wing, from which i purchased a decent amount. Later i get a mail saying that not everything i purchased was actually in stock. They proposed a payback for the things i couldn’t get. All of this i’m fine with. Then my order arrives and its missing a few parts. I write to them about this mistake, and they answer and note down the missing parts telling me that they will ship them, or contact me again with another option. From here it has been radio silent. I’ve tried to get in contract with them again (both through our previous mail thread and their website) and given them ampel respons time. Nothing has come of it. The site is great, the people pleasant, but the customer service seems to just disappear when needed.

Hidden gem for Pokémon Warhammer and other board and card games always easy to pick up as well

Scam of a company. My order number is 266012. I wanted it cancelled so emailed to cancel with no reply. They then email me saying it will be shipped today but I said I want it cancelled. I then get another email today April 22nd saying it’s not in stock so do I want a refund back to card or refund as credit on the website. Also was told in email if I don’t respond in 3 days then I’ll be getting store credit either way. I’ve sent multiple emails it’s clear what they’re trying to do. Trying to email me then not reply for the 3 days so I have to use store credit then not be able to use it. Typical scam crap. Owner is Wai Sing Chung. If I get refunded to my bank then I may remove this. If not it will be going further and I won’t hold back.

Delivery was fast and communication from the company was great

As a first time customer, I preordered a Board game which was quoted to have a release date of a few months. However, I believe this was incorrectly forecasted by Firestorm, mainly due to issues from the publisher which was understandably outside of the retailer's control. At one point the website changed from Pre Order to Instock and I followed up but they were painfully slow to respond. Unfortunately, nearly two years later from placing the preorder my trust with them had completely eroded due to the lack of communications or updates. At one point I had even requested a refund but received no reply and was very close to seeking redress. Based on my experience, I have given a two star rating as the item was received today, due to the lack of customer care I would never consider buying from them again and would highly recommend others avoid due to the trading practices of this retailer.

I ordered board games from Firestormcards and had a mostly good experience. The website was easy to use, and my games arrived quickly, well-packaged, and in perfect condition via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Communication was prompt, though stock issues could be improved slightly. Overall, great service—I'd feel confident ordering again!
