Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported and well-informed. My wife and I were in a difficult because of our visas and myself being self employed. But First Time Finance found us a mortgage provider and we couldn't be happier.

Our landlord suddenly announced, “I’m selling the property.” And just like that, my soul left my body.

We’re ONE year away from ILR… ONE. And I thought we can’t get mortgage until our ILR or atleast it gonna cost us fortune!!! The stress was so bad I started Googling things that shouldn’t even be Googled. Even my stomach had anxiety.

Then out of nowhere, Instagram, the same app that shows me cat videos at 3am decided to show me an ad from First Time Finance.

I clicked it expecting nonsense.
Next thing I know…
✔️ Mortgage approved
✔️ Offer accepted
✔️ Now we’re waiting for the KEYS to our own house

All because of one man: Henry.

This guy is an absolute diamond. Calm when we panicked, confident when we doubted everything, and somehow managed to explain mortgages in a way my stressed brain could actually understand. He deserves a medal… or at least unlimited snacks for life.

If you’re renting, stressed, or your landlord suddenly drops a plot twist like ours, seriously, message Henry. He saved our sanity and probably extended my lifespan by a few years.
