From the word go, the advisors were professional and very informative. They updated us at every step and made the meetings very exciting and enjoyable. They have a personalised approach that makes you feel like you are their only client. They get 5 stars from me for their work ethic and delivery of service. Henry and Ibimina where very informative and helpful in making decisions. I did not think we had a chance of finding a mortgage lender but they assured us that we would get one even with our circumstances. In a week they had already found us a suitor but also had more lined up if we did not prefer the first one they recommended. Within a month we had a mortgage offer , a bid accepted and were waiting for the searches and the rest of the paperwork to be completed. I would highly recommend them to all first time owners like us.

Ripley even understood the idea of thrift (Ajo) and as he spoke about this, there was evidence he had worked with many people in similar situations which was really reassuring 😃. They were ready to jump on a call as soon as identified. We felt listened to and didn’t have any doubt in them as it was apparent that they were working towards getting the best deal for us.

We can’t thank Firsttime Finance (Ibimina, Clint and the team) enough for helping us achieve our dream of buying a property.
Our journey wasn’t easy. We first worked with another mortgage advisor who pulled out after months, saying they couldn’t proceed because of an old ajo contribution in our account—even though we explained it was past and unrelated. Then we tried another agency, but after sending them all our documents, they stopped communicating completely. At that point, we had almost lost hope.
