I have spoken before with one mortgage broker and he has struggled to provide me mortgage offer because I am an immigrant in this country.
Luckily I have found Ripley on TikTok and his team called First Time Finance. They are really helpful from day one and able to provide a mortgage offer within a week. Kudos goes to Ripley and his team again for their amazing service.

From start to finish, it was an awesome experience with Ripley. He went above and beyond to see my mortgage process through, went over all the lenders , took his time to explain everything and every stage. I was kept informed of every detailed as and when it available. I couldn’t have asked for more.
I recommend 100% and above if possible

Ibimina and Ripley are the best mortgage advisors out there hands down.
In my situation it was seem almost impossible to get a mortgage offer. However I approached Ripley last minute and he gave us reassurance, worked tirelessly until we got an offer within a month interval.
I cannot recommend Ripley and his team enough to anyone wishing to climb the property ladder for the first time or who might have a complicated situation that requires non traditional mortgage processes.

Well, first appointment goes very well. He promised me can do it my mortgage with crypto deposit ( all other mortgage advisor said not to do it) very good I did other way around what he said. Call many other solicitors and mortgage advisor all of them said not to deposit money from crypto even if all clear, in the end he said we cant work together? If i will follow his fake promises, i will fail in the end((((( ....please be careful.

If a year ago someone had told me that I would be living in my first home, and that it would be exactly how I imagined and wanted it to be, I would have thought it was impossible – that I couldn’t afford such a home. But Ripley made all of this possible for my husband and me.

I moved to the UK in 2022 on a work visa. I was ready to buy a property 18 months later, so I spoke to various brokers about mortgages, and I heard the same broken record - "You cant get a 90% LTV mortgage before 3 years of living in the UK as a foreigner". I would have had to come up with a 25% deposit if I wanted to get a mortgage within 3 years of living in the UK.

My brother then sent me a TikTok to Ripley from First Time Finance. I was skeptical to say the least, but what did I have to loose, so I gave Ripley a call and we discussed my situation and requirements.

Ripley is very knowledgeable about mortgages, insurances, the market, interest rates etc etc. You could not have asked for a better person on your side. He was always polite, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. He walked me through every step of the process, he gave me regular updates and gave me great advise. I never felt pressured to commit to anything at any point.

Ripley negotiated with the various lenders and got me the best possible deal for my situation. I am delighted to say that as of the writing of this review, I am in MY new home, the home is insured, I am insured and I have additional cover for all things unexpected - and it is all thanks to Ripley.

I ran out of all options and l was helpless until a friend of mine told me about First Time Finance and said l should check them out on instagram. I did and my story changed for good. I reached out to Ripley immediately for the first time on 14/12/2024 and he gave me a reassurance that ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST! and he took up my Mortgage Advising and of course within 2 months,he pulled it off.
