Absolutely shocking service from thisâŠ
Absolutely shocking service from this dealership. My car went in with a fault in Jan while still under warranty. Was told to come back once they have consulted with their technical department. Got told to go back today to replace the O2 sensor(4th one so far) . Now the dealer wants me to pay as the warranty has lapsed, even though it was diagnosed before the warranty lapsed. After 4 sensors they clearly are not fixing the problem. Service manager is not returning my calls. Asked to speak to the dealer principles and was told he was off. Called the sales department only to find out that he was in office but in a meeting. Never experienced such rubbish service before.

Fish Brothers Honda was very good. Especial thanks are due to Ben Thomas, who looked after us with care and consideration throughout the purchase of our car. Ben was excellent; professional and competent, understanding and courteous, no high-pressure sales patter â not that any was required, since the Civic âsold itselfâ in terms of comparisons with our list of possible alternatives. He was very supportive, from our initial test drive through to explanation of some of the intricacies of the features available to the user following handover.
What detracted considerably from our purchase experience was the excessively involved and bureaucratic sales procedure imposed on our dealer by Honda. The complexity involved and length of time required to complete the sale was a disincentive to buy a Honda - a frustration to us, and no doubt, to the dealer. Fortunately, Ben was able to guide us through a process which we would have been unwilling to complete without his expert support.
