I ordered a spinning rod off of them and they sent me a baitcaster which I returned and they said they would be sending me the right spinning rod and when it arrived it was the exact same baitcaster they sent me the first time this is ridiculous got it wrong twice when I specifically ordered a spinning rod

email on a tuesday to cinfirm my item had been posted, lies lies and more lies, they posted it on a saturday so now they can have it back and ill buy from another shop.
Poor service no comms just as long as they get your money

Order, did not arrive, lost by courier (parcel force).
Refund was quick and hassle free

Overall, I’m happy with Fishdeal — the delivery was fast and everything was well packaged. The only issue was that some of the lures I chose arrived in different colours than the ones I selected; I didn’t request an exchange in time and later it was already too late. I’d be happy if you expand the Hearty Rise range in the future. It would also be great if, in case of a colour mismatch, you could send a short notification/confirmation so the customer can decide how to proceed. Despite that, my overall impression is positive and I would order again

Firstly, not UK based despite web address. Have had issues with misdelivery not being resolved previously, however on this occasion no issues. Shame they don't put any cushioning in the parcels too, just 2 reels in a box so the reel boxes arrived damaged. Reels OK though

I ordered the tent on Saturday making the most of the 20% off deal.
It arrived safely on Thursday.
I erected in my garden, it turned out to be a windstorm. The tent stayed out assisted by weights .
I was able to enjoy two hours in the tent.
Fantastic buy. Would buy again.

Products are good, delivery was very slow and later than advertised and communication was poor.

Very poor delivery service no communication of why one order was split over 5 delivery days not even a apology all they said it was delivered in the time scale I had to make sure someone was home on all these days The items were being sent to Spain Thursday lucky the last item arrived Thursday morning.

Total order 3 nets 2 weigh slings

- Saturday - 3 nets (arrived)

- Monday 1 weigh Sling

- Tuesday (a different order was made with a different company and your order was on with this one, the delivery driver said sorry I forgot the other order is was left at depot)

- Wednesday someone home all day no sign of delivery beteeen the time slot given even all the cameras were checked.

- Thursday last weigh Sling came.

Every time I use fish deal I am always really pleased with the quality and speedy of the delivery,will differently be using them again

Purchased a chair side table and carry all for my summer fishing. All are of very good quality from the ultimate product range. The price I paid was very reasonable.
