The company is legit and the rod we ordered was in great condition also it had bubble wrapping around it when it was packaged just be careful some items like our rod we ordered didn’t have a out of stock sign so it took a little bit longer to deliver to us

Excellent quality and great value all ready on my third order this month.Delivery could be a little quicker sometimes but if you order a day or two ahead it’s not a problem.Customer Service reply to any questions very quickly.

Great products at great prices but took a month to get it delivered.

1st time I've used the hell boilies and caught 3 carp on them so will be buying them again .

I bought a bivvy from another country it took just 4 days with tracking all the way letting me know where it was, well done Fishdeal and also to DPD I've used them in the past but not often, i will now thanks.

Bought a boxseat for my husband and on his 1st use he lost one of the knobs that secures the foot plate.

Contacted fishdeal via email and not only did they reply promptly but very kindly sent out x2 spare knobs that they happened to have FREE of charge. Now THATS customer service! 10/10

I shouldn't even give these a 1 star absolutely terrible in every way this company are not bases in uk they have nothing in the UK and the phone number is a waste of time total waste of space and they need to learn how to be honest I will report you to trading standards for misleading customers money before people is a very bad idea

Everything from ordering to receiving my orders was flawless.

Found what I wanted a new top ring for my carp rod fitted perfectly also brought 2 rod tip covers theses are very good

Unfortunately the item I ordered was picked up by the wrong courier and not delivered. When I chased it up I was immediately offered a replacement or refund. The item was not in stock so I took the refund which was made quickly.

Ordered a cradle set on the 8th, got half it on the 14th, now another 18days and about 8 emails later I'm still waiting, delivery was meant to be 3-5days? I think they meant 35days, still no delivery date, just keep getting told friday? What friday is anyone's guess! Hopefully they see this and actually do something about there horrible service, I needed this for a trip on the 15th + ended up going and buying a set from fishing megastore, not even a £5 voucher as an apology, just crap!!!

I placed an order for a rod. The rod arrived damaged. I got in touch with the team, sent over all the pictures. Unfortunately, I've never received a replacement nor a refund. Customer service is below expectations.
