Have been following this site for… over 1 year

Have been following this site for little over a year, their content around muscle building and supplements is some of the most useful and insightful content I've found. In a space where jargon is thrown around left, right and centre, I know I can rely on Fitness Brain to help me make the right decision.

Very useful resources for fitness and supplementation

Very useful resources on supplementation and fitness gear. I've been following them for a couple of years and they regularly stay up to date with the latest releases.

Perfect rowing machine thanks to fitness brain

I'd been looking for a rowing machine that was going to be worth adding to my home gym for some time.
Fitness brain was brilliant for helping me choose my perfect rower which means I can do cardio at home.
Will definitely use them again for my next piece of equipment!

Really useful...thanks!

I had been struggling to choose A good quality exercise bike for my home gym. I stumbled across fitness brain by chance and I must say that their overview of different bikes was really helpful. It has helped me make an informed decision. I will be using this website again in the future.

I don't normally write reviews but was impressed with the level of knowledge and information on fitnessbrain.co.uk. One minute I was looking for information on the best flavours for MyProtein, and the next I'm trying out some new dumbbell exercises and researching indoor rowers. Great site!

I used Fitness Brain to help find a…

I used Fitness Brain to help find a pre-workout supplement. There were so many to choose from on Amazon so I thought I’d do some online research. Fitness Brain had a really comprehensive round up and as I wanted one that didn’t have caffeine I went with their best non caffeine option. So glad I did as it’s perfect for me and my workouts have never been better. Thanks in particular to Matt who also was kind enough to email me with a couple of other recommendations.
