Sheyenne is an AMAZING Rep of concern and follow up with the Customer. Allows you to Breathe when dealing with the Pressures of dealing with Tax issues past or present. Initially nervous because of all the scams out there. 5 Star is Legit. Period

I’m gonna write this review primarily about trust pilot. I am doing so because, when I see this brand logo (trust pilot) I am already with branding name alone expecting a brand that can be backed by the “BBB”. However, I’ve seen and experienced so much less then promised when it comes to the integrity of my personal information online . It’s not just IRS, it’s all the domains and business related information that is compromised and , lacking the very root of what structures a good solid foundation for a productivea d successful business not just for today or a month ,year, decade,century,ect it’s the ability to deliver what is expected and rightfully so being that these expectations come from reading the outline of what the service and /or services promise to deliver , offer , make available and what you do not need worry about, or what is safe guarded or there so promised to be and kept safe or choices that you we the people acknowledge and confirm like “ do not sell my info” , and/or cookie setting choices , yet the very infrastructure of the INTRANET PORTALS ,FRAMES AND PROCESSOR,MODEMS,SATELLITE LINKS ,AND/OR ALL DATA RECIEVERS AND TRANSMITTERS ARE NOT DAFE GUARDED AT ALL OUT INFO IS ST RISQUÉ OFTEN SOLD KNOWINGLY , KNOWLEDGE THE COMPANY IS AWARE OF AND THE CUSTOMER IN BLACK AND WHITE ON A CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN RHE CUSTOMER AND COMPANY CONFIRMED AND AGREED UPON BY MAKING USING ACCESSING YET THE COMPANY OR SERVICE (s) and the service providers the DATA TOWERS THE SYSTEM TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFO IS HANDLED THE EXACT WAY WE ARE TOLD IT WILL NOT BE ACCORDING TO COMPANY POLICIES , IM NOW CONFRONTING AND CHALLENGING THE REASON AS TO WHY , A LIST OF DATES TIMES SITES AND INFO THAT IS PROVEN BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT AND BARE THE BURDEN OF PROOF DOCUMENTED AND UPLOADS,DOWNLOADS,SCREENSHOTS AND EMAIL PDF J.PEG ECT OF PREVIOUS ATTEMPTS TO SOLVE THE ISSUE THROUGH ARBITRARY BEFORE FILING A LAW SUITE IN THE COMPANY YO WHICH THE COMPANY HAS NEVER RESPONDED OR ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND COMPENSATE FOR THE ISSUE THAT THE COMPANY CREATED AND NURTUTED ALL THE WHILE KNOWING IT WAS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE TERMS NOT A VIOLATION THAT 400 pages into the outline of expectations and do’s and donts but of which can be found in the first five pages of literature, this is unacceptable and a violation of the fourteenth amendment as well as the tenth amendment right and a direct disregard for the no fear act of which the company claims to uphold and claims to root the very principles and morale,(ethical principles) and of which we are failed endlessly, I,ALLEN LEE ASHER -BURTLER(-LESS SURNAME BUTLER) VALET=BUTLER=IDIOMA , THIS IS THE LAST FINAL NOTICE /SUMMONS, FIX THE PROBLEM OR I WILL MANUALLY GO THROUGH AND MAKE TH WORLD(s) well aware of the receipt and deceitful wording in which these trusted businesses and it entities are proposing and executing without making the individual aware of any (IDIOMA ) or meaningful information like that the meaning of the structured agreement may mean something entirely different then even the dictionary definition of thesaurus found word of similar or same meaning are not correct in the sense that you’re reading absorbing and processing, like barking up the wrong tree ( we’re not barking up a tree , but are not what the initiating party believes to be

I’m incredibly grateful for the team at 5 Star Tax Resolution. Going into this process, I honestly felt like my situation was nothing but obstacles, with no clear light at the end of the tunnel. It was overwhelming, and I wasn’t sure where to turn.

I was then transferred to Wessam Ibrahim, attorney, who instructed us on what we needed to do before they could get involved. I followed his instructions over the next few months and got our previous taxes done and secured our finances with the bank. They were very patient, knowledgeable and seemed to geniunely want to help us!

The next step was to add up all the years owed and share that amount with Kevin. He told me he thought they could help but nothing was ever guaranteed. He shared the step by step process of what they would try do for us with the IRS. We would be required to pay a fee for retaining their services and their assistance negotiating with the IRS.

This is where we are so far. I could not of picked a better company to work with. They never rushed us or made us feel embarrassed of the situation we were in. I could always email them with questions and know I would get a quick response back. If things continue to go this well, we should have a good outcome! This experience has been very pleasant and to have the assurance that we do not have to take on the IRS alone!
