Excellent experience with Fix Auto
We had an excellent experience with Fix Auto in Brackley. They kept us fully informed of the progress, thanks Shelley. They completed the work very quickly. We had a tiny issue with the courtesy vehicle, but they were able to resolve this very quickly. Fantastic repair, all as new. Van was left clean and tidy. Thanks for a very positive experience 😊

“5 Star Shelly” !!!
Really faultless service. Shelly was amazing on the front desk keeping my updated all the way through the process. Which unfortunately was lengthy and very draining but I felt very looked after by her. She managed to source a hire car for myself very last minute which I’m very grateful for :)

Impeccable service from the first phone call. The work has been done to a high standard. The communication and regular text messages kept me informed of the cars progress throughout. I couldn't recommend them enough. When I picked the car up it was beautifully cleaned. Thank you for all your work with the repair.

Positive experience
Shelly on reception was really friendly and on it with communication. The people fixing my car were good at explaining things to me and did a great job on the car, as well as going the extra mile to help me with a warning that popped up on my car when I’d left. Overall everyone at Fix Auto was just really helpful.

Repair was good took 2 weeks too long…
Repair was good took 2 weeks too long and the electric courtesy van wouldnt charge. Would never use again, receptionist was very helpful though.

We try to keep our customers informed with any new information throughout the repair process that directly affects the customer. We have taken on board your comments concerning the courtesy van and the ability to charge.
On return we did manage to get the van fully charged, however this does not mean there is no fault, it could be intermittent so we will monitor going forward.
We can ensure you that we pride ourselves in excellent customer and hope that in the future we are able to offer a better experience.

Good communication. Take away/bring back vehicles promptly. Updates from delivery drivers en route.
One downside - courtesy car MG3 below expected standards of other modern low cost hatchbacks. Consider review of courtesy car options

Great service
Great service. Was advised of what was needed and kept up to date with progress. I had to chase up the courtesy car a few times but it was eventually delivered and swapped with our car when work was complete.

You fix nothing
After getting my car and drive for some miles, the headlights, the lane tracing assistant and the pre collision system are malfunctioning. As a result, I need to spend extra money to fix all these in the car dealer.
I am sorry but I do not need to edit any comment as it is far beyond fair. The dealer said because the bodywork was not done properly so made the calibration did not go well. If you need evidence, I can show you.

If you would like further piece of mind or amends to the repair completed by our bodyshop please let us know so we are able to rectify this as it seems, on this occasion, we were unable to meet our high standards.
Your vehicles ADAS system was attended too and reset by Toyota, Steven Eagell @ Milton Keynes so would be covered under their warranty.
We can ensure you that we pride ourselves in excellent customer and hope that in the future we are able to offer a better experience.

I recently had a hit & run my car was damaged I rang my insurance and they gave me the nearest garage for repairs, fix auto Buckingham , I rang the garage they gave me an appt for a few weeks due to courtesy car etc…. Graham was very nice kept me informed of what was happening all the way , my car was collected and deliver to the house , I was given a very nice clean Skoda , nice car , when I got my car back it was all nice and clean washed , very professional at all times I would recommend this garage def , thank you oh and thanks to Dave for collecting my car and bringing it back to me .
