Fix my legals were great from start to finish, I love that they send milestones that have been met so you can clearly see where you're at and what stage is next, they also break down the costing really clearly which was good.
Aaliyah handled our case and she was incredible, we had loads of issue and Aaliyah was always in our corner trying to get answers or resolve things for us.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Aaliyah and she went above and beyond to help and reassure us throughout the process.
Really pleased with our experience and would highly recommend.

10/10 Service – Highly Recommended
I had an excellent experience with Fix My Legals. From the outset, they were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the whole process.
They connected me with a good, reputable solicitor, which showed they clearly know their stuff and have strong industry connections. That made a real difference.
My purchase wasn’t straightforward and involved some complications, but they supported me every step of the way. Communication was clear, everything felt legitimate and well-managed, and most importantly, it produced results.
Their service is genuinely 10/10. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had a great experience with our solicitors!
We had a great experience with our solicitors from start to finish. Our case began with Caroline and Samantha, who were fantastic — clear, responsive, and really proactive in communicating with us. When our case was later passed on to Afsha and Georgia, the level of service stayed just as high.
Both teams were amazing at keeping us informed, giving us weekly updates, and pushing back firmly to the seller’s solicitors whenever we had questions or spotted errors. We always felt listened to and supported, and nothing ever felt rushed or brushed aside.
The app was also incredibly helpful, making it easy to track progress and stay on top of everything throughout the process. Overall, the communication was excellent and the whole experience felt well-managed and reassuring.
We’d happily recommend them to anyone going through the buying process.

Disappointing experience with an intermediary service
This review reflects my personal experience. I was referred to Fix My Legals by my broker, and only later realised that they operate as an intermediary and pass work on to third-party firms. This structure was not fully clear to me at the outset.
In my case, the work was carried out by a third-party firm, and I found communication to be difficult, particularly when trying to speak directly with someone handling my matter. As a result, I raised a complaint with Fix My Legals. Initially, my concerns were acknowledged and escalated to their contact at the third-party firm. However, after their response was shared with me, I did not receive any further follow-up.
There remains an unresolved financial issue, and I have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution through either party. For this reason, I have decided to refer the matter to the Ombudsman. While others may have had different experiences, this arrangement did not work well for me.

All communication was excellent — fast, clear, and professional throughout the entire process. The team was always responsive and helpful. The only improvement I could suggest would be having an online client portal, as it would make tracking progress easier instead of relying solely on email correspondence. Overall, a very positive experience.

I was referred to fix my legals by my mortgage advisor and I’m so pleased I decided to use their services. I have had the absolute pleasure of having Ashleigh as my initial case handler and she has been absolutely amazing! Replied to all emails on the day, she was at the end of the phone at any time I needed to speak to her or if I needed anything clarifying and she always explained things in full and didn’t make me feel silly for asking! ☺️ Ashleigh is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and really put me at ease from the very start.

A fabulous company
A fabulous company! I cannot fault these guys, I’ve been using them since they first set up and have seen the amazing growth, not only have they grown rapidly they have added the infrastructure needed to ensure service levels do not slip. Useless service
Absolutely useless service. They just pass you to the other firm and don’t responsible for anything.
We started with Fix My Legals and were allocated to Gent Law to do work for us. But when we start raising concerns – Fix My Legals just redirect us to Gent Law with note like “speak with them there nothing we can do”.
