Great experience using this company to replace my broken fitbit screen. Instructions for sending off were simple and straightforward, they confirmed by email that they had received my watch and kept me updated through the whole process. Only took a couple of days from sending off to having my fixed watch back. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service through and through. Real reasonably priced, timely service and kept in contact every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend and will be using again should I need future repairs.

Excellent service. I had a scratch on my 5 year old Garmin watch and sent off to FixScreens. Everything was simple and easy to do and I was informed when the watch arrived and when it was sent back.
My watch looks like new. The whole process took just a few days.

Turned around broken screen on my garmin computer a lot quicker than originally planned.

Replaced a Garmin Vivoactive 4 screen I cracked several years ago! Tired of looking at the crack and having bought an upgrade I decided to get the screen fixed. Competitive price (compared to Garmin!) good communication and fast turnaround. Offered me a screen protector and replacement strap which I accepted.

Excellent service and communication from the start , very clear in terms of timescales and what do to do , I was a bit apprehensive to begin with using this company but needant have worried. They had to order my screen but it was all back with me and done within 2 weeks. Can’t fault this company

My first-generation Google Pixel Watch was accidentally dropped from lap-height but even a fall of less than one metre was enough to wreck it.
It was a surprising disappointment to not be resilient for such a small fall, and given the other choices such as smartrings flourishing on the market, I assumed the watch was history.

As I understand things; not even Google repair any of their smartwatches - they only replace devices under warranty but after that you’re out in the cold for support.
Only by chance did I encounter the fixscreens.co.uk site but even then my assumption was a repair would at best be uneconomical.

Fixscreens set a fixed-fee which is quite reasonable considering it is a total package: once I sent my busted smartwatch to them then they adhered to their stated processes (fixscreens.co.uk ... how-it-works)

Communication was prompt and straightforward during engagement, with all updates arriving in a timely fashion. It only took them two or three days, and even return costs are included - RoyalMail’s Tracked 24 at that.

As for the parts: my screen was replaced and it now looks indiscernible from when I bought my smartwatch new. Good job !
I should say that Fixscreens threw-in a spare strap plus a screen-protector along with my returned watch, as a thank-you for me offering a reviewing.
Happily I wish to share my experience onto TrustPilot because Fixscreens provided a key service and great work, so it is important that genuine reviews are captured.

Their sister websites offer straps, protectors and screens for several smart devices.
My personal experience has revealed that substitute components can be applied to OEM hardware without any apparent compromise to form & function. The Pixel Watch replacement silicone straps seem as identical in quality as the original part, and have the same smooth luxurious feel that my watch was first purchased with - not some questionable cheapo feel which seems all too prevalent these days.
I kinda wonder whether the parts from Fixscreens are merely resourced from the OEM place that Google used in the first place, because they seem so similar.

If you have an old or damaged smartwatch then I suggest giving serious consideration to having these guys sort you out; they even indicated that if my watch was unserviceable once a new display was fitted, that they could return the watch without charge.
That was a confidence-builder in my instance 😀

Overall great service. Clear instructions given to send the watch back and was updated throughout the process. Watch looks good as new again, if not better due to the quality of the new screen.

Really happy with the repair to my wife's watch (Garmin Venu2S). Accurate and clear communication at all stages. Hopefully we'll not have to use the service again but would not hesitate to do so should the need arise.

Great service. Fixed my screen and got my watch back to me really quickly.

I sent my Fitbit in as it had unfortunately smashed after landing on a marble floor. I received emails throughout the process to update me on the progress of my watch and received it back very quickly. The new screen looks amazing and works really well. A very fast and efficient service.

Great service - excellent communication- quick turnaround

My Gopro 11 back screen got smashed so i needed it replaced.

I emailed Fix Screens and they replied with in an hour answering the queries i had.

It was posted and recieved the next day. They said it could be a 4-5 day turnaround but i came back early and it is working like new and you wouldn't know that the screen has been fixed.

I will definately use Fixscreens again and would reccommend them to anyone needing a Go Pro screen replacement. Very proffesional and always in communication throughout the process. 5 out of 5 for service and quality of job.
